- larry| 1 replyI just fell for the Premium white scam. Lucky I had second thoughts after they charged me more than the $1.95 (they charged me 11.90 USD).
So, I took the advice from here and called my credit card company to explain and requested an new card.
Also, Went to the premium white website and used their live chat to cancel my order (subscription - which I did not know about).
Here is the email I received back:
Your PremiumWhite Cancellation Confirmation
Dear xxxxxx xxxxxx,
Thank you for taking the time to try out PremiumWhite. This is an automated message to confirm that you have recently been removed from our preferred customer program; therefore you will no longer be receiving any more PremiumWhite products or shipments unless a shipment had already been shipped prior to your cancellation.
If you are no longer within your 14-day trial offer, then you are responsible for any orders shipped as well as the billing of $87.62 for the PremiumWhite product. This billing will only take place if you fail to return the product back to us before the end of your trial period. If we do receive and process your trial return at our returns department before the end of your trial offer period then this charge will not take place. If your 14-day trial period has already ended and you have received or been shipped an additional shipment, then you will not be billed for any other shipment from this point forward.
Please keep this cancellation note for future reference.
Sincerely,
PremiumWhite Cancellation Department
NOTE: This message is fully automated, so please do not reply to this message. If you have any further questions of concerns please contact our customer service department at 888-591-2190
FYI, here is also the chat I had with them:
Please wait for a site operator to respond.
You are now chatting with 'Robert'
Robert: Hello and welcome to PremiumWhite. I'll be your live operator today. May I know, whom am I chatting with?
you: hi robert
you: my name is xxxxx
you: Can you please cancel my order?
Robert: Could you please provide me with your full name, email address and postal/zip code, so that I can pull up your details?
you: xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx
you: xxxxx@hotmail.com
you: xxx xxx
Robert: One moment please while I locate your account information.
Robert: You have been removed from the auto ship program and you will not be receiving any further shipments. As per the Terms and Conditions you agreed to before placing your order, your card will be charged the discounted rate of $87.62 for the first shipment of PremiumWhite Teeth Whitening after the completion of the trial period.
Robert: Your cancellation # is
Robert: 696089
you: What was the order for?
you: just so I know you have the right one, okay.
Robert: Your PremiumWhite membership has been removed from the auto ship program and you will NOT be receiving any shipments or charges for the same except the trial shipment .
you: ok, can you confirm this to me at my email?
Robert: Sure, you'll receive the confirmation e-mail from us within 1 hour.
you: Also, why did the shipping and handling fee jump up from $1.95 to $11.90 with no warning on the order page?
Robert: What we have charged you is (USD) :
Robert: 1. $1.95 for shipping and handling
Robert: 2. $9.95 for international shipping
Robert: We ship international shipments via best shipping method which is much expensive. That's why you have charged US $11.90.
Robert: US $1.95 for US customer only, but order outside of US pay $9.95 extra for shipping and handling.
you: that was not stated on the web page. Please cancel this trial order also. I don't want it.
Robert: It was clearly mentioned on Order Page as well as in Terms and Conditions.
you: The order page had no terms other than the $1.95. Please cancel this charge. Master card will do if for me if you don't.
you: If it was clear, why did I not see it. This is fraudulent misleading marketing.
Robert: I apologize, but everything is clearly stated in our terms & conditions about the International shipping fee.
Robert: http://www.premiumwhitepro.com/terms-and-conditions.php
Robert: I have cancelled your auto shipment as per your request. But the trial package has already been processed, so we can't stop it.
you: Well, I still missed it and I want the order completely cancelled. I am allowed a cool off period. I will get this charge cancelled by mastercard, then.
you: Have you sent the email confirmation yet?
Robert: Your cancellation email has been sent out.
Robert: As soon as the confirm button is clicked, your order is automatically sent to our shipping department. Unfortunately we are not able to stop the shipment.
Robert: However, you are covered by our 30 day money back guarantee. If you do not want to pay for the trial all you have to do is send the product back to us.
Robert: We are more than happy to prevent this charge or offer you a refund once our product is back at our warehouse.
Robert: If you wish not to be charged, kindly send the unused product back to us. In order to give you the complete written return instructions, I need to send them to your current e-mail address.
you: thank you for the email.
you: The value of the trial was 0.00.
Robert: As you started a 14 day trial for PremiumWhite Pro with just a basic Shipping fee. You will receive one month supply of PremiumWhite Pro but the trial period is just for 14 days. If you choose not to return your package before the end of the trial period, you're charged just $87.62 for the package after 14 days.
you: The undisclosed cost of shipping was 11.90
Robert: For all orders to shipping addresses located outside of the United States, there will be an additional shipping and handling fee of Nine Dollars and Ninety-Five Cents ($9.95) for shipping ("Foreign Shipping and Handling Fee").
you: The order page clearly had 1.95 on it where I gave out my master card number. When I clicked submit, it changed to 11.90 - that is very sneaky and fraudulent.
Robert: Our product is manufactured in USA. We have to ship it first from USA to Canada via DHL, then we have to ship it to your destination using another shipping company. We have to pay shipping fee twice. That's why we charge an extra $9.95 for international orders. I hope you can understand.
you: I don't understand why you did not state that on your web page where the order was placed.
Robert: Click here
Robert: Please go through the above link to find the international charge.
you: And why don't you ship via USPS? Much cheaper. You would not be having this chat if you did.
you: Sorry I don'
you: t click on any links from premium white any more.
you: that page never was presented when I placed the trial order. Nor did it say anywhere that I would be charged monthly. I am very sorry I did not do my usual homework before placing the order. There is information all over the net about how fraudulent this operation is. I feel sorry for you having to deal with angry people like me day in day out.
Robert: Please have a look at our website at bottom, you can read all term and conditions.
Robert: Some of our most common issues arise from the customer not having a clear understanding of the terms and conditions which they must indicate that they have read and agree to before placing any order with us. Please take a quick read over them here, and see if that helps clear up any concern you have. If not, I'll be here and more than happy to assist you.
you: I'm sorry you feel that it is the customer's fault for making a mistake. If the website was properly set up, I would have seen the terms and avoided this mess. Blaming this on the customer clearly is bad marketing. Even the first email that goes out confirming the order has no mention of a subscription. That is hiding information from the customer in hopes that they do not find out until it is too late.
Robert: We sincerely do apologize for any inconvenience. But, we have clearly mentioned about all the charges in our website and terms and conditions.
you: I think you need to remove 'clearly' from your last statement.
Robert: Is there anything else that I can help you with today ?
you: I really don't think so.
you: This chat session has been recorded and will be published. Thanks for your time.
Robert: Thank you very much for chatting with us today. We hope the rest of your day is an excellent one.
Robert: Please feel free to come back for any further assistance.- Caller: Premium White

- lisa rhCalled 8 times today starting at 9:00 am. Said I ordered teeth whitening products & I did not. She said my credit card has been billed& I would rcv in mail. Not sure what to do. Any advice?
- Caller: wouldn't give name
- lisaCancel your credit card IMMEDIATELY! I did the smile bright , dazzle teeth whitening and was told in the fine print states they can charge you for everything you ordered. They don't just charge the free shipping that they advertise!!! If you try to dispute one charge they are busy charging for more, you'll spend hours calling different numbers and leaving messages because no one answers, let alone the long distance charges. I luckily canceled early enough that they only got one large charge thru and after many calls, got out of it for 20.00. Good luck to anyone who tries it, got so irrated that I never even used any of the products I ordered for free trial. DON'T DO IT!
- RJit is the ORDER CONFIRMATION DEPARTMENT. I called them back and asked them what company this was and that is what they said. When I gave them my phone number he told me they were confirming the order I placed with GOOGLE. They couldn't give me any details except that. They are a company hired by other companies to SIMPLY confirm orders. The man was very nice and polite. They are not crank calls they are simply doing their job. They are not a scam. Hope this helps.

- jonathan| 1 replyi have been getting a call form this number also. im not sure where they got it, i think probably google money making kit. i havent had any charges to my card yet. should i still cancel?
- TKeep getting repeated calls. I see the number and reject it each time. On your end you hear a lot of talking on the other end. Can definitely tell it is a call center.
- Caller: Unknown
- T replies to jonathanYes Cancel. I went so far as to cancel the card that I made the purchase with so they wouldn't be able to extract money from my account for a service I cancelled.
- Steve replies to ConradYou must have signed up for a trial offer of sorts. THis number is related to a scam! Buy something for $1.00 and then they hit you with recurring fees after that and sometimes sign you up for other trial offers.
CALL AND CANCEL YOUR CARD IMMEDIATELY! - Patrice replies to larryExactly how it happened to me, only I was speaking to a rep over the phone, who was VERY RUDE. He told me that I should have read the terms and conditions and that I could not speak to a manager bc he would get into trouble. BOGUS!! I immediately called my credit card company and canceled the card.
- Kris replies to DBThey have been bugging me two to 3 weeks now I am on the do not call list, I answered once people were just talking in the background. Next time they call I am going to tell them I am reporting them and I am on the do not call list they can get sued
- icemanIt is a scam. My wife ordered a .99 cent teeth brightning product from them and they started calling back many times a day for weeks. A charge of $156 dollars now shows up on the bank account. We called them with the bank on the line and they said it was on the fine print but on another link. The bank said they have dealt with this group alot from unknowing customers getting ripped off. Beware and do not give them access to your account.
- ryanIT'S A SCAM!
I signed up for free trial for Dazzle White teeth, and this morning my phone rang almost continuously. I happened to Google the number, and came across this forum.
By the time I called my bank to cancel my card, the company had already tried to make bogus charges!
CANCEL YOUR CARD AND WARN YOUR FRIENDS!
I spent an hour on the phone doing damage control.
I'm just happy these postings existed to alert me!- Caller: Dazzle White
- diane glodowskii keep getting calls from 623 239 4511 i did order some teeth whitner and i had to call my bank to have my credit card cancelled.
when i google this number you can see all the same type of complains about this being a scam. - Tanya replies to ConradI just called and canceled my credit card. What a scam!!!!! They keep calling and hanging up on me but when I call back no one is there. CANCEL YOUR CARD NOW......my bank said that this is a SCAM. Thank god I canceled before lots of charges.
- MIMIWARNING****** hello everyone, Im here to inform that you have to be very very careful when purchasing the pills because the company that is selling them is creating a scam.... i am not putting the validity of the pills in any bad judgment, it's just that my credit card information which I provided to the websites was overcharged by them with amounts that i did not authorize. I had to cancel my card and close my bank account. I am in the process of disputing the charges. Both companies are doing the scam. You receive a confirmation email once you purchase them and then you get another company calling you and if you cancel the subscription, the number they give you in the email belongs to another company which has no idea about the pills. PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL (PILL ACAI )
- almost anotha suckaI ordered a free trial this morning, then started thinking the whole thing was sketchy. Got the 623 phone call a few hours later, didn't answer, then googled the number (I advise always doing that with strange numbers). Thanks to these posts, I cancelled my bank card before they ever had a chance to charge me. Just got another 623 phone call from the "order confirmation dept." a few minutes ago, and I told the dude that I had cancelled my card b/c I found out this was all a fraud. He said, "thanks, and please disregard my phone call." These guys aren't even good at scamming anymore - Why would they keep using the same phone number if everyone is on to them, and why would they start calling to confirm my order before they even have time to ring up my card?
