they called about 7 times today, can hear a woman in the background, talking about her baby. I recently had my credit card comprimised, they made bogus charges on line and had my name and home phone number when one of the companies called to confirm the order. Does anyone know what we can do about this?

WARNING***** When I called this # back from my cell phone, they said it was the Confirmation Dept. When I told them to take me off the call list, and that I didnt order anything, they said ok, we'll take you of the list. Mind you, I had not given them my name or #, and she was preparing to hang up. I said, wait you dont know who I am or the number I would like you to remove from your list. Once I gave her the info, she said she took my name off the list. How my name got on the list in the first place, was someone has been making on-line charges from various companies with my credit card #. Another company has also been calling (from 330-536-7689)to confirm my order, again onother bogus credit card charge. PLEASE review your credit card statements for fraudulent charges!!!!!!

I did too, and I just got charged almost $82 on my account. What's up with that?

Keep getting calls from this number, don't know who it is, but the area code is the same as FWM LABS.  I believe they are calling to confirm that what my wife ordered (FREE TRIAL of Colon Cleanse and ACAI Berry.).  She did not read the "Terms and Conditions".  In there they state that after 15 days of placing the order, they will again charge your credit card for the $82.00 for a one month supply.  You can call their 1-800-949-0138 for these products and cancel the accounts BEFORE the trial period.  After that you need an RMA # to return the trial bottle, and to a different address.  Do not just return to shipper because your account is still active and you will get charged.

I got a phone call from 623-239-4511. The caller let my answering machine pick up but did not leave a message.

So far I've received 7 calls from this number today 8/13@ 9:38am,11:37am,1:09pm;1:37pm,2:36pm,2:58pm, and 3:38pm. They never leave a message.

Woman called from this number about 10 times today (Aug 13) and as many times over the past 2-3 days; when I finally answered - because I didn't recognize the number I had not answered before - but when I did (today) and asked what she was calling about she said "...to confirm an order.." but did not specify what the order was for; when I began quizzing her she abruptly hung up.  She/this is obnoxious and need to be stopped.

I was surprised when I returned home from work today and checked phone messages. There were phone calls every 20 minutes from this number on the caller ID.  No message was left on voicemail.  I did a reverse look up and found this site with a couple of clicks...Thank goodness.....I immediately cancelled the card I made a purchase with as well as cancelled the trial offer. When I called the customer service number listed under the Terms and Conditions I was left on hold, however, a recording offered a website address to log on to cancel the trial membership.  I am hopeful this will take care of the problem.  I would like to say Thank you to all who posted and to those that make this site available.  I very rarely order on line and will think thrice before I do it again!

The trial terms state that they'll charge you each month for the product. You would have to call and cancel the 'subscription' or else they will keep charging you.

i didnt order anything over the internet and this number keeps calling my house. im a college kid home for the summer and i know my parents didnt order anything so i have no idea how they got our house number but i wish they would stop. they never leave messages so i just pick up and hang up right away. its getting really annoying.

We have been getting anywhere from 10 -15 calls a day.  Yesterday 8-14-09, there were 14 messages on our answering machine from this #, no message, just the machine picking up and getting background noice.  I did pick up one morning at 7:30 and asked them to take us off their call list and the lady hung up on me.  We didn't order either of the products mentioned (Acai Berry Supplements or colon clense) so don't know why they are calling.  Any help in how to stop this would be very much appreciated.

I ordered the free trial Acia, too, but cancelled it before any more charges could be made.  I continue to get calls every single day from this number that is just identified as "Out of area" and also get calls everyday from the FWM LABS.  It's EXTREMELY ANNOYING!!!!!

Thanks for posting all the info.  I too ordered the acai and colon cleanse and have received calls 5 times a day for a week.  Since it has been traced back to the acai people, I am going to cancel my order immediately and suggest that everyone else do the same.
