I have been getting 20 to 30 calls a day from this number for the past 2 1/2 weeks.  They don't leave a message and they don't say anything when I answer.  It's very frustrating and annoying because it goes from 8:00 in the morning until 9:00 at night.  Please, someone, make it stop!!!!!!!

got to the free trial colon clense site through a "trusted site"  so, I've fallen for it, I guess.
I will take the advice given, I've only just recieved my first call from them.  There was some noise in the back ground of the message.  
Has anyone actually been successful w/ making the call and not being charged?

They keep calling and nobody is on the line.  You hear background noises, that's all.  And yes, those products were ordered.  Bogus.

i never ordered anything either and i got a call from them. i didn't answer because i didnt recognize the number. they left no message and i called back and they answered "thank you for calling the order confirmation department how may i help you?" i am also on the do not call list..wtf??

Just called numer back. "Order confirmation" for a product i ordered yesterday online. Acai Berry. I ordered the Berry Detox for $.99 trial size. Now they want to charge me $49.00 for the Natural Detox. Because "They go together" as the guy said.

Called and said I had ordered something online (which I haven't) they gave me a number to call 866-949-0138 - bogus scam

calls come in from the 623-239-4511 and I don't answer the calls another call comes in right behind it with caller ID showing "unknown caller".  When call goes to voice mail, there's just dead air.  Just started getting calls from this number this week.  I really want them to STOP calling me.  I don't answer calls that I don't know the name or number.

They keep calling me as well. I did place the order before reading reviews, which I usually do not do; and now regret. Does anybody have a number I can call to cancel the subscription? I will also cancel my card

Ordered Acai Berry Supplement Trial yesterday and they've called 4 times today already from this number (623-239-4511) - if they charge me anything beyond the "reduced" shipping fee that I authorized by submitting my order, I will contact my lawyer - anybody in for a Class Action suit?

Did anyone recently try to get one of those acai berry/colon cleansing free monthly trial things.  I think these calls have to do with that. When I called my credit card company to ask them about these charges they said it had to do with the free trials online. I had to get my card number changed to stop them.  I am working on blocking this number from my cell phone.  good luck all... its horrible how unsafe our identity is these days

Cas, I would not wait that long to see if they charge you more. It wont be worth your time and money to get a lawyer involved. Based on what I've read about this company I gaurantee they will charge you additionally and you will be stuck with not being able to cancel. I ordered this yesterday as well and after 20 calls from this number today, and several rip-off stories I read, I just canceled my card before they could even get me for the S&H. Now the joke is on them as they wont be able to get me for a dime...suckers. I think if we can just get this out there to enough sites, then people will know of the scam and not order at all. Too many online scammers out there, makes me feel like no site is safe. If I were you I would put an end to it before they screw you too, cause trust me they will, and they have been; although I'm not sure how they are still getting away with it.

Thank you everybody who posts here.  I get these calls also - about 10 per day and was also ripped off by free trial offer. Received product 13 days after ordering and charged on the fourteenth.  Going to report it on ripoff report

how did you go about canceling your order?

I can't believe I fell for this bs. They don't give a flying f&$? about you losing weight they only care about stealing. This number is a third party company who works with acai berry in confirming your order. I bitched them out for about an hour and they still would not give me my money back. You might want to check your bank account and check on your latest activity. I would consider that all of you dispute these charges that have been made on whatever credit/debit you used to purchase these products. They will give you a new credit/debit card so they have mo way of charging you again

I am receiving these calls as well, but I signed up for a free trial of whitesmile and not acai berry.  Be leary of this as well.

i recieve this call at least ten times a day. they nvr leave a msg tho. Next time i will answer, because i did order the acai stuff, and if they charge me, they gonna have some problems... I aint the one...

They called my cell phone 5 times in 3 hours. They left a message about an online order. I finally called them back and told them they had the wrong phone number. Haven't gotten a call in the last 30 minutes so hopefully that worked.

I was getting calls from this number ever 20 minutes.  When they'd let it go to the answering machine all I'd hear is a really loud busy signal.  Same thing happened when I answered it.  I finally got tired of it and called the number back.  They told me the repeated calling was due to technical problems.  Once they told me who they were I realized they'd already called me earlier in the week to confirm an order and I had already told them I hadn't ordered anything but a free sample, and I HAD read the terms and conditions which were now different than what they had been online when I signed up.  Instead of a free sample they said they were sending a month's worth of product and if I didn't send it back in 14 days I'd be charged almost $80!  I told them they were rip-off artists, bait and switch advertisers and scammers and said I'd be sending the product back the instant it arrived in my box, unopened and unused!
