Call from this # a few moments ago. I did not answer. No recording left. I called back and was busy signal so its a spam autodialer.
They called my Arizona # which forwards through a toll free to Washington- so its illegal on several levels.

Yes, spam calls to cell phones are illegal and you should report to the FCC through their web form. Also calling a 800/toll # with spam is illegal as well. The premise behind this is spammers are water your money/air time by calling you and that is considered wrong and will be dealt with.

I get numerous calls from this number on a Dailey basis. Never answer and the don't leave a Vmail. I have blocked all of them, but they just change the last four numbers and continue calling. I would like to know why the DNC list doesn't work anymore. Once they see you're on it, they start using the number. Very tired of this!!!

I got a call that I missed on my cellphone...don't answer or call back if they don't leave a message. I guess I am glad I did miss it...nothing I'm interested in anyway...

I also received a call from this number. I let it go to voice mail but they did not leave a message which is a tip off that it is not a legitimate company.

Incoming call to my cell (on the Do Not Call registry).. it was a generic-slash-robo-female-voice recording, "Hello, this is Lisa with the Green Study Survey Company and you have..." ... and then just like TJ did (above), I hung up. Blocked and reported.
