BIG SCAM- saying my out of state charges were restricted from VISA.  When I called back to see if the number worked- I like others got a recording saying the number is not assigned yet.

If you pick up- DO NOT give them any information on your credit card.  Call VISA or your Bank DIRECTLY

Just received a call from this number with a male with foreign accent telling me they wanted to do a free system check and virus scan on my computer. They had my phone number and name and said they worked with Dell and Microsoft. Told me the company he worked for was Orange Tech Services. I instructed him I didn't have a computer and he quickly got off the phone. I looked up Orange Tech Service and they have no knowledge of this. They wanted access to my computer remotely. Beware people.

Received a call today from a man who identified himself as calling for AT&T with a survey about my wireless phone service.  In exchange for answering this 1 minute survey, I would receive a credit on my bill.  After asking 3 or 4 questions about "how satisfied I was, and how I would rate the voice quality of my incoming and outgoing calls," he asked for my billing zip code and the last 4 digits of the account holder's social security number.  When I told him I didn't know the last 4 of the social, he said, "Well, I could call back in an hour if that would be enough time to look it up."  Since then, my cell phone has received 3 calls from "Unknown."  AT&T customer service checked my incoming call log and found no record of any of these calls.  They informed me that whoever it was is using an IP address to computer generate these calls.  BEWARE!  This is a SCAM!

    Tired of these calls
I am tired of all these calls coming in. I am on the DNC list..but it seems I am getting more calls now than I ever did before going on. Seems to be a total waste.
This number will not leave a message when the answer machine comes on.
There is no given name..where the name should be - there is just the phone number repeating itself.
I already have 8 numbers blocked on my phone..I can only do a total of 12.
I have 4 more numbers to add just from today !

You people have no clue how the do not call registry works.legitimate companies like brokerages subscribe to the list and prevent their sales people from calling people on the list. If they caught violating the fines increase with each violation. Scam artists like the ones calling from this number do not care about the do not call registry. They spoof numbers so they are hard to trace and they depend on people like the ones on this board to whine and not report them. Just before I got a call from this number I got a call from my own phone number spoofed. It is the credit card services scam artist low life losers. After I spouted off course words like a sailor and hung up, I got a call from 630-318-4762. The idiot who called must have enjoyed being called an ugly mf,cs,low life tiny dick pos. that was only the first sentence.  So stop whining and report the number or shut up already

Man with Indian accent wanted me to let him remote login to my computer to "fix errors from hackers and protect me." Said he's from PC Repair and Service and the website he referred me to doesn't exist. He said he could give me identifying information after I let him login - no kidding!

A lady with a thick Indian accent called me and said the was from my student loan servicer. I am actually in college and have taken out a student loan. The thing is she would not say the name of the student loan servicer even when I asked her to. I could barely understand what she was saying through her accent. I believe she was trying to tell me about lowering my rates before I have to file for bankruptcy. The very second I asked her to call me back she hung up. Absolute scam.

In a very thick Indian/Pakistani ? accent: "Hello, my name is Jim. I am calling from the Microsoft Help Center..." and that's as far as I let him go. Of course I told him I did not want his help, that I am on the no-call list, etc, but he kept talking as I hung up on him.
He is just one of hundreds of blood sucking parasites that call me weekly. May they all rot in HELL!
    • Caller: Microsoft Help Center (HAH! Scam)

I got a call that went to voice message.  Typical scam call.  Automated voice telling me the IRS is filing a lawsuit against me and to stop them I need to call some international number.  Nice try [***],  everyone knows the IRS uses swat teams and helicopters when filing lawsuits not autodialers.
