I am sick and tired of their phone calls........I have repeatedly told them we are not a business "we are a private home" and then have the nerve to hang up and not say "sorry".  Very rude people

I just received a call from these people and I asked for them to put our company on the do not call list, and he states that there would be a $5 charge?! WHY IN THE WORLD WOULD THERE BE A $5 CHARGE TO BE PUT ON A DO NOT CALL LIST?!

India accented Steve calls here claiming to be from yellow pages online.  caller id says Franklin D Souza.  The line is garbled and cuts in and out.  Steve?  Form India?  yeah, right.

I wonder if yellow pages online is the same as yp.com.  It has been my experience that yp.com is one of the more useless entities.  A billing system from hell because they cannot invoice correctly and then cannot apply payments correctly.  They have equally sucky customer service.  Total waste of advertising monies.

No response for about 15 seconds, then a beep, then silence, then someone came on the line. When I said hello, they hung up. Constantly getting calls from this number with the same exact issue. Wish they would drop my number but can't tell them. Isn't being on the do not call list supposed to stop this type of thing?

They called, hung up, called again, hung up. It's a telemarketing auto dialer where, when you pick up, if an "agent" is available, they'll answer after a delay, but if not, the system hangs up on you. I called back and asked to be removed from their list, some stressed and angry-sounding guy with a heavy Indian accent said he couldn't legally remove me because it's a google listing, but he could remove my company name and address and location on google maps and give it to somebody else. So basically, this is google breaking telecommunications law and lying about the law again. It's an interesting new variation on the usual google law-breaking telemarketing calls, but still just the same old google law-breaking with which I've become familiar over the last few years. Incidentally, I use bing, not because it's far superior to google (it is however, it consistently returns better search results), but because bing doesn't call me up, hang up on me, then threaten to give my company name to somebody else.

Called this number back, an "agent" came on the line, an Indian woman from US Directory? answered the phone and I asked to be removed from their call list.

called and hung up asap. stupid telemarketer from some terrible sweatshop styled call mill.

Caller sounds Indian and said his name was Mark Rodgers and he was Asian American.  Wants to charge me 5.00 to keep my Google listing from expiring today.  Said it was USA Directory.  I called them back to mess with them and he said he was with Yellow Pages, called back after they hung up on me and said US Directory.  The caller ID says Souza Fraklin

Indian men who constantly harass. Calling from Souza, Franklin. For the past few months they claim they are Google. Threatened me with a lawsuit if I did not update my listing. Also said he would charge me a $5 fee if I wanted to be removed from Google. I have politely requested them to stop calling, let me speak with a manager, etc. but they fight with me, talk over me. At this point, I'm so heated, the curse words came out. I've absolutely had it with them!!!

This guy called my business...asked if I was business owner I said no that nobody was here at the moment.  He asked what my name was and I told him "Sue".  He began to tell me how pretty I sounded and that I sounded like a teenager.
I wanted to say something to him but I just slammed down the phone.  He too sounded Indian...his name was Mike!

Didn't recognize the number, let it go to Voice Mail. No message left. Typical telemarketer MO.

Keep telling him, "I'm on the Do Not Call List & reporting you to the FTC, stop calling & take me off your list!"
But he never does... Just keeps calling over again & wasting both of our time, as if I'm suddenly going to change my mind.

Keep getting a call from this number - try to get off calling list but to no avail - I blocked number
