they called my pre paid phone and cost me money even though I didn't answer-went to voice mail.

"This is not a sales call. You were referred to receive ..." I hung up at that point and filed a complaint with the Do Not Call registry - NOT that it will do a lick of good.

Caller ID said Customer Service. Didn't leave a message.

Same here, about a security system, on a ROTO Call...
Had it blocked anyway...

I ignored the call. After reading these posts, I'm glad I did.

Called at 12:59p CST. Caller ID said New York.  I didn't answer and they didn't leave message.

Automated caller saying it wasn't a sales call but that my number was referred to then by a friend or neighbor to be eligible to recieve a home security system. Not the first time I have gotten a call like that so I added it to my block list.

Someone called my cell phone from the New York area . There was not a voice mail message left. I do not answer any calls in which I do not know or recognize the number .

I got thar same call today. I didn't answer. They called again, this time they said they wanted to sell curtains. I got weirded out, because I live in Pennsylvainia, it's weird for me to get a call from New York... I think they're prank callers quite frankly...

This number called me twice in 15 minute period. Didn't answer first call and they left no message. Second call I answered and recording states that this isn't a sales call .... I immediately hung up.

Just received the same call.  We bought a box made by Sentry.  We are just now learning how to use it, but it's trapping many of these calls, including this one.  It rings once and plays a message to the caller that tells them to hang up if they're a telemarketer, otherwise they can dial 0 and the call will go through.  Our phone rings once and doesn't ring again unless they dial 0.  When you get a call from a trusted number, you select accept on the box and they won't have to go through these steps if they call back.  Not a perfect solution, but it has stopped the calls.

You can call this number back and it asks you to have your name taken off the list. Just another option.

No message left.  Definitely doesn't appear to be legit. I will block it.

The will not take you off their list.  All it does is confirm to them to keep harassing you.  They are crooks.
