Got a call from this number today around 1:00 in the afternoon. Didn't recognize it so didn't answer it. They left no message. Added the number to my block list.

631-228-9011. The call came in on my cell phone at 1:30 today, which I have only for emergencies outside the house so I did not answer. It is the same number that calls my land line frequently which I also do not answer if I don't recognize the number. It is now to the point of harassment as they are calling sometimes 2-3 times daily at all hours even on weekends.

Shoreham?  Saginaw?  They can't possibly be from both.  Curtains?  Home security?  Identity protector?  It just goes to prove my theory that one colony of these anal types uses sets of numbers at will according to whatever they're trying to push that shift.  As for location, they've usurped our local area code and prefixes so it looks like they're calling locally...or are they...I've begun to wonder if there's a scam colony around here now.  At any rate don't answer.  Block the call if you can.  Wal-Mart sells a set of two cordless Vtech phones that let you block up to 20 numbers.  It even makes a speakerphone.  They run around $30 but it's money well spent.  What fun it is to hear that phone ring just once and know it blocked a call!

Missed call - no msg. Ugh!!! I hate these calls - people have nothing better to do than harass people all day long all over the country.

Did not pick up, got a voice message about their security system.

I was getting a bunch of these calls for a security system a month ago and after a couple of weeks it stopped.  Then on Monday it started up again from a different phone number!  I called back to try to speak to a supervisor but got an automated system to press 1 to have your phone number removed from the caller's list.  I did press 1 and after their 48 business hours processing time, the phone calls did stop so I thought I'd pass this solution on.

I did not pick up when they rang, but when I called back I was told to press one to be placed on the do not call list.

continuously get calls from different numbers, but this number in particular on those security systems for ur house, so i waas told that i was reffered by a friend to get one, and i pushed the one button to talk to somebody there was a woman on the other end, an when i sasked her who reffered me to this security system things she just hung up

Got call from this number.  I almost never answer unknown numbers.  It shows it came from Rocky Point, NY.  No idea.

Called at 12:53 on 10/30 2015. Did not answer. Did not leave a message.

i got a call also. i dont know anyone in Rocky Point NY so i did not answer but the calls have come West as i live in Utah

I received a call from this number 1 631 228 9011 on October 27, 2015. I didn't answer and no messages was left. I don't answer unknown or private calls. I give them the options to leave a message or not. My advice don't answer, first just check the number. PLEASE BEWARE of answering questions from the fake caller, because they sometime be fishing for more information about you. Don't fall victims of these tactics and SCAMS.

The number was blocked automatically, but the log shows they called seven times in two minutes. Does me good to see that side of the call feel frustrated for once.

Tied to petsitter in Savannah Georgia. Security scam. Do not answer. And my called I'd ,it comes up as being in Indiana!
