I had a hospital bill from when my daughter was born, but for some reason the insurance didn't pay the anesthiologist portion (they bill separately).  The matter went into judgement during the time that I was trying to get it cleared up with insurance.  The insurance finally sent out a letter stating that I did have coverage during the time and they will pay the requested amount.  I called Sokoloff's office and spoke with a Mr. Ochoa.  Not only was he an idiot, he was grossly unprofessional and clueless of how to resolve the matter.  The judgement is on my credit report and I want them to take it off.  They are so used to being rude and obnoxious to people trying to collect debt, that they don't know when to turn the [***] button off!!!  Mr. Ochoa is a classic case of authority gone to the head! Get a life bird brain.

I agree with all the negative things said about this man and his office.   He s a "bottom feeder" for sure.

Going through the same thing..Ms.Carter is rude and unprofessional. I OWED 1400..I paid it..She said if I dont pay 466 in intrest Im being sued..I have to pay my rent..She wouldnt even let me talk. .I paid the entire bill in two months..Being strong armed...

I rec'd so many nasty  calls and did a payment plan I payed it off in 2 months. They will not send me a paid in full letter. I have called them 10x's for it and they say oh it's in the mail. Now after reading this. I'm going to them in person and if they can not produce the letter I'm suing them.
