Ronny, I agree with you 100%--This is definitely a scam caller--I got the same thing.

I pressed block key on my blocker while the phone was ringing...00 01 showed up as calling number until recorder kicked in and the 646-257-3495 appeared. This makes me think that all the New York numbers (as well as my area code, 734 and Washington D.C. code) that have come in during the past week originated outside of the USA. They also used a local area code and a Washington D.C. area code in addition to 4 New York  area codes. They are trying every which way to trick me into answering. God bless America and call blockers!

Have heard this recording before. This time from a different number, which I added to my call block list. Recording of female voice says she's returning my call regarding a back brace commercial I saw on TV. What a lie! What a scam!

The old bogus claim to be "returning your call about a back brace inquiry"... has to be a scam to begin the call with a lie!

"call back you requested" scam about a free back brace.

Caller ID said New York.
A robo call about "an ad we had responded to about a back brace."
This is an obvious scam, and I hung up immediately.

Scam caller. Number spoofed originating somewhere overseas most likely. Blocking number.

I am sick and tired of these stupid phone Gypsies, and their many attempts to steal. There should be rules and regulations to make this illegal, and impossible to start more worldwide, with heavy fines, lengthy jail time and hard manual labor for all who do this.

Called, no VM. We don't answer unknown, unrecognized, or unsolicited calls.

Called about a back brace that i did not order or inquire about. Same call several times a week from different numbers.

Got the same thing today And I've never been spoke to more rudely by anybody before for absolutely no reason at all. I too wouldn't mind a minute or so with this person so if you do end up finding out who they are please share the love. Thank you

Same thing here, these idiots call and hang up when no one answers my landline, so my answering machine fills up with hang up calls. I really wish the phone companies would take a more proactive approach to block foreign access to American phone numbers, so we at least KNOW (especially the elderly). For example, if you are expecting a business call and have to wade through these idiots. Sigh.
