I posted a few days ago. The new scam now is they emailed me with some threatening message regarding Cash Advance Inc.Company. If you receive an email from them with the following information of Docket No: 4100 and the amount balance due for: $740.00, this is also a scam as well. They even had the nerve to put my Social Security Number as well as employer in the email to make this email threat legit. The gentlemen's name is: Roger. Clark from Morgan and Associates and the company is listed in Glendale, CA and the number is (818) 334-6356.

I looked all this information up and there is a website that you can go to and record your complaint. There is really nothing that we can do to prevent these scammers from doing what they do. The attorney advised me to not return their phone calls and to just stay calm. This is an across the nation scam and we are not the only one's affected. Your information has been sold to an third party and this is why we are getting all of these scammer emails and phone calls.

Do not panic nor stress yourself out. Numbers come across your phone that are unfamiliar to you, do not answer; let your voice mail be your voice and do not respond to their emails. The whole objective is to wear us down and to succumb to their demands for money. Just keep track of all the numbers and who called you if a name or company is given.

Indian-based debt scammer.  They try to mask their accent but it always comes through.   Just ignore them.  They always say they are in New York.

Call blocker might help.  These Indian - based scammers  are becoming more and more insistent it seems.  Especially if their victim is a woman because they think women are move vulnerable.  These calls are not random.  They have all your financial information and a lot of personal information.  They pick on women, single mothers, the elderly and members of the immigrant community.  Also anyone they think might have had financial difficulties in the past.  

Block 'em.  Then ignore 'em.

I am supposedly being investigated for illegle activaties.  Wanted my ss no. to verify i.d. Dumb jerk! Could not make out the co. calling.

Calls received at work, at least 25. This guy was nasty. We actually got someone from our local law enforcement agency to speak to him and tell him this was harrassment. A complaint was filed with the FTC and the cell phone caarier. The call is being made from a cell phone.

Have received the same type of call now for several days. Good thing I looked this number up.  Thanks
