You can file police reports all day. It's a CLEC or VOIP phone, they are not in this country. Muslim scammers looking for money to harm our troops. I hope anybody stoopid enough to fall for this crap get their legs blown off too! The Muslims are running scam on CL too. Note the phone number in the ad. Call them and I bet the BS starts soon after:

They are still doing this.  They use magic jack to hack and found out I had been scammed through an ad on craigslist and tried to use that to scam me again.  They are actually in Nigeria.

Yes, this guy is e-mailing our business and as soon as I got his number I googled it. He wants a commission sent to him via western union for $1200.00. HAHAHAHAHAHAHA wow this is a desperate act. Many of these people are scamming from African countries and do not have good grammar or English speaking abilities. So sad : (

2 first names, a dead give away. John is used as the last name at least 59% of the time. These people are so ignorant it's hard to believe they make any money at all with these scams. I just got a job offer from this same number on Craigslist. might follow through with it just for giggles. See if I can scam the scammer lol

I actually got a job offer from someone using that number too. They call themselves "Ariana MIlls" from "Ariana Mills Investment" and their email is arianamillsinvestment@outlook.com. Kinda clued me in because when's the last time the boss at a big investment firm emailed you back personally, asking for more information (not a resume-which they coulda gotten the same info they asked for from? Mind you, it's just a warehouse job!!! So, I searched for the firm- no trace of them. But she gave this number on the bottom under her signature, and since I use Chrome, I can just highlight the number and click "have google search for ......" and that's how I got to this website. Glad I went with my instincts and didn't send them any information. People calling me all the time woulda REALLY PISSED ME OFF!!!
You are definitely right though, it is hard to believe they make any money. Especially when the number they're using is burned and they continue posting it as if no one is gonna search it. What has our society become when "CON MEN" are so careless and their cons apparent- what does that say about us when people actually get tricked by these idiots?

Currently in contact with Ariana Mills, apparently I have a check in the mail for 2100 that I must cash for art supplies. Seems legit.

Why?  The number is obviously being spoofed and the previous comments should not be disregarded.

And that check is probably 99.9% rubber..  it probably will bounce off the walls and flooring better then a super ball in a all cement building.. Beware any check sent where they want you to send any "excess" money back to some obscure place.
