646-517-4770 .. 3 calls one week scammer looking for money about looming tax judgment  .. says I will go to jail

Same MO… Called him back and he hung up on me when I told him he wasn't the government.

This is the US Treasury.  This your final notice that a tax is held before you  (uncertain if I took it down correctly). Call back immediately before you are arrested.....go to court...(woman's synthesized voice).

Same scam call received this AM. Just ignored.

I just got a phone call from this number. I knew this is a scam, because this is not the first time we get these types of calls around tax time!

Yup ... He got very aggressive very obnoxious to me too, I didn't spare him ... I told him exactly what i needed to tell him and sent him straight to hell :) I hate leeches!!! But the sad part is that no one can stop these leeches and some people actually fall for them and pay up !!!

Just received same call. Told him he should go back to where he came from and screw his family. He spoke something foreign. Hung up the first few times as I calles private each time. Call went on for about 5 minutes. Told him i had it all recorded. He clearly did not know who I was and once I had him where I wanted him simply said you dont know who or where I am but i know where you are. You can run but you cant hide. Lol. Someone needs to track this motherless prick down and kick the crap out of him or even better throw him in jail.

Got four calls left message on answering machine same as everyone else mentioned. Well i called back and told the person answering this is a scam call and I was reporting it to the NY state attorney general and the US attorney general and he called me a [***] and hung up. I called back told him to stop calling he told me he was sending the police to my house to gang rape me among other things.

Got a voicemail from this number stating that the is a legal petition against me for tax fraud... What a total SCAM. The next voicemail I received was from 213-205-1026 with the same cryptic message... Scammers are the most desperate & stupid people on earth. With all the SCAMS going on victims don't fall prey over these calls any more!!!

Same call, tax scam, gonna be in trouble if I don't call. I just wish it had been a real live person on the line, I love to screw with them. It was the most horrible voice synthesizer Ive heard in a while. Please have a real live tax agent call me...lol

Same here - laughably bad synthesized voice, unless it's a real person faking a bad voice synthesizer, in which case a great performance...

Same call as everyone else. I didn't reply to the voicemail, because it was obviously a scam. I did report the situation to the IRS fraud division, but I have no idea what, if anything they're doing about it. I'd love to hear that they arrested the roaches, but I won't hold my breath. Seems like far too many of these things go without punishment.

I got the call today. Sooooo tired of these phone calls. You know they are crap.....but in your mind your still going....what?  Thank goodness we have the capability online to find out what this number is all about.  Thanks everyone who has left a reply.

I just got the same call. They can go ahead and send the "police"......  Someone really should tell these people that US doesn't allow debtors prison, at least not since 1850.
