Yes...they are scammers....do not respond! They contacted me regarding an item i was selling, so I googled the number and found that they had tried to scam a few others as well. Hope this helps!

Yeap...becareful with this clown ...they just want to get your money. They request for your Paypal account so make sure you do not reply.

We received the same kind of thing with these people.. looking for a wedding photographer.  They emailed us directly from wedding wire.  After a Skype session we were finally told that their wedding was June 2nd (a month from now) but they had not picked a venue. This was our first red flag. They also have a huge language barrier and seem to only be interested in my contracts.  Stating that they will send the contract to their "bank manager" for payment but they had to have a Word document only.  They also said they were currently in London but plan to be back in Indy for the wedding.  We are reporting them to Wedding Wire and blocking them from our phone and email.

Just to add to this, I received a very bizarre text from them back in 2012 asking for info for a wedding shoot. Their requests were completely bizarre - not asking what we offer, but telling what I MUST provide. They claimed their name was Thomas Alex, and when I asked where their wedding shoot was (it's a NYC area code and we're in Columbus, Ohio), they just repeated if we were available for that date or not. I brushed it off and said we were booked, and then they claimed they'll change the wedding date for me but thankfully never got back to me. Now, 2 years later - more texts asking if I'm available for a shoot in 2 months from now. Glad I found this page and I see I'm not the only wedding photographer this guy has bothered. How obnoxious!
