They continue to call and just keep calling.

This number has called me about 10 times probably more, when I call up, it calls for two seconds and ends the call. When u answer the call ends the call. The first time I answered they asked for a guy named James.....

This person has been calling my parents home on a daily basis and has not stopped harassing my  poor elderly parents and I am at the point where I will look for this guy personally and make sure the calls permanently stop! Anyone with any info please provide....if you are reading this Paul consider this a warning.

What happened when you called NY police? They called me 5 times today

Same thing! I'm on do not call list! Three calls in one day! I missed these calls as I was busy and cell phone was not in me!  I called the number back.. It did nothing.   If they call back, I will be ready with a legal sounding threat of monitoring by authorities etc...

They called me many times yesterday and when I did answer the call some [***] got smart with me. He asked me about my 'business lines' and I asked if this was a sales call. NO! this is a notification call. there is a different. I told him that I wipe my ass with his opinion and hung up.

Call from 646-583-3416 registering as NY.  Caller Bryan or Ryan - "Loss Mitigation" government program for mortgage pmt reduction and interest rate deduction.   Evasive - wanted information - claimed to help foreclosure - wanted income information - gave 800--516-7951 x525354 as call back number.   (Later called it - answers with repeated noxious sound kind of like buzzer or human extended growl) - Gave fax of 800-518-0837 (actually is a fax #)-  When insisted on location said he was in Seattle - but number showed NY - had some excuse for that.   Transferred me to a "senior loan officer" Noel.  Both spoke with stilted English - sounded African by accent - but claimed to be in US and associated with Evergreen Law in Seattle Washington.   Never got a physical address though asked several times.   Promised 100% guarantee of loan modification - cost $3495 with three months installments.   When asked what the Attorney General would report about them he hung up abruptly without comment. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM - do not talk to them. .

Tis number is been calling me for one year now multiple times a day almost every 20 min , I finally gave up , I spoke to AT&T, They told m I need to file police report to block this number (646)583-3416.
Now it is blocked

I am so getting annoyed with this number. They call, but when I answer they hung up. I curse the living [***] at them for calling me, but they still call again! I get the stupid same number for twice a day. I called backed it says that the number I just called were busy and try to call again. I called back and they answered saying nothing then hung up. I am so fed up with them.

These indian [***] clowns are calling our business constantly. We are currently getting 25 calls a day from them - also appears as 646-583-2679. It's beyond insane. Looking for a Betty Francis or Becky Francis.

Man with middle Eastern accent by the name of Danny wanted to speak with business owner. When I asked for his telephone number to have owner call him back, he rudely told me to look at the caller id. Then proceeded to say he doesn't have the privilege of receiving incoming calls... or sending email. I asked him to mail then. What a joke!

Called me and said I had received a 9200 grant from the government. I believed it because I have signed up to receive a grant. I paid about 2000 for the money to be transferred and still nothing. That was my rent n bill money I'm devastated. How can people do this and get away with it.
