"Officer Lloyd Brown" with a distinct Indonesian accent called to visit with a person employed at our business.  I could barely understand him.  He said he worked for Law & Legal Investigations and needed to talk to someone right away.  His return number is 646-597-9030.  I told him I didn't believe he was who he said he was.  He said he worked for the United States Government.

I've been getting calls as early as 4am from these clowns.  My work, which is a government agency, keeps getting calls from these people because a couple of weeks ago, I changed my phone number because I got tired of getting 10-15 calls a day from "Michael Jones" who has the absolute worst India sounding accent.  He tells me that I have a lawsuit filed against me and I must contact them immediately in order to keep from going to prison.  I told him to stop calling me and my organizational attorney has also advised them to stop calling and harrasing me AND them.  They seem to think they are totally able to harrass American citizens with no reprecussions but they are about to be in for a full surprise.  Best thing to do is keep track of the name, phone numbers, time they called and what they say and report it to the FBI.  I work for Homeland Security and they are now in big trouble.

This all guys are scammed to me and got my all information of debt card please dont afraid if you are getting call from this guys....

I have received several of these calls at work and on my boyfriends cell phone. They told him to have me call them or they were going to sue. The last one that called me at work said his name was Mike. I couldn't understand the last name he gave. He said he would see me in court and my residence was under investigation and my ss was blocked. He only had the last four numbers. I told him to go on and sue and I would see him in court as he said. Have not heard back from him in about 3 weeks.

I recently received a phone call from this number on my cell and at my work. He says they have my ssn number . I have tried to find this place and have been unable to find it I do not call them back cause I get very scared and I am afraid they will take all my info.... Please everyone stay away from these people....

I have received similar calls. I reported them to the Federal Trade Commision. Also, working for a sheriff's dept, I was able to get an police officer friend to call the Dept of Justice and report them. The calls from the 646 number have stopped, but now I am getting calls from a 496 number that is a landline in Dallas, TX. I called the FTC back and added it to my existing report. They guy stated that his name was Officer Mac Martin and he worked with the US governement. Said that my SSN was currently "blocked by the  United States Government". I called them back, told them any information that I would need regarding a law suit needed to be sent to me certified mail and that I would see them in court for harrasament and threating phone calls.  Hope they stop soon....starting to P*SS me off!!!!

I had a call today from Bob Cooper, same story as everyone else.  I get rid of these people by asking for their address and then telling them that I am reporting them to the Federal Trade Commission.  It works like a charm and they can't hang up fast enough!

I have received several calls fro 1-646-597-9030 he states that he is from an investigation department and his name is Bob Cooper with a strong Indian accent, he states that he has all my information and is going to block my SSN. When I call back the message states that the "Magic Jack" customer is unavailable and there msg in box is full and unable to leave a msg. I know for a fact that any legal organization would not use Magic Jack for a phone number. Be aware do not give this company any information and let them know that you will file charges if they continue to call you for harassment also have them send you anything in writing via e-mail or certified mail. They will refuse to do so, therefore it is an illegal company because any company stating that you owe them money MUST send you something in writing stating exactly what you owe and why. I hope this helps. Don't fall victim to this SCAM.

So i have received about 50 calls within 2 days from these [***]! they are calling and when i hang up they just keep calling and calling and calling some more... he actually called and said "ma'am just hang up so i can call u again"... they have no freaking life.

at first i was talking to some guy named Michael Tooms and his accent was sooo thick i told him to slow down or transfer me to a supervisor... "supervisor" comes on the line and introduces himself as " hi im supervisor" i held back a laugh and asked "supervisor, whats your name?" he said Carl, so i asked Carl what is your last name and he had to think about it! lol...

i told him they are a joke so he said we have your SS and gave me the last 4 digits but when i asked for the first 5 they couldnt come up with it... they had no real information on me other than a name, the last 4 of the social and a phone number (which i was listed in the phone book by the way).

I have been getting 5 calls a day from these people.  When you ask them to email you and send all the documents to your house they hang up on you.  This is a scam do not give them any information to them.  The guy I talk to can't speak good english.

Well I used the advice that i have received from several people and on-line help, which was very useful. I called 1-646-597-9030 and asked to speak to Bob Cooper he started rambling on in an foreign language and told me that I owed them $498.00. I stated that this conversation was being recorded and his demeanor changed very quickly. I also said that I needed his full name, position and the company that he represented and at that time he hung up on me. So being the person that I am i called him back once again I let "Bob" know that the conversation was being recorded. So I asked him who he represents and that I needed a statement by mail ( federal law) stating who i owe and exactly what I owed and for which company I supposely owed the money to. Once again " Bob" hung up on me. I will keep you updated as to what happens.

got a call from them today. not only at home but at work. they even spoke with my boss. we told them when they called back the number had been turned over to the police. they havent called again....yet. they were perverse and rude even insulting my family

Received a message from these idiots- they actually called me a few weeks ago claiming to be a lawfirm and there was a suit filed against me because of a "Payday Loan".  Never signed up for anything.  I actually told them to leave our country!  He then threatened me, said he would hunt me down and...kill me.  Now they are claiming to be a police officer, with another law suit against me.  
Don't fall for this.

Man get a call from these guys all the time they try to sound like they from india but they not. Don't be afraaid because they tell u things so they can get u I told them to stop calling then they said so crazy stuff to me.

My husband gets calls from these ppl and the number that shows up on his caller id is 000-000-0000 today it showed up as 647-597-9030 he did not answer the call they left a voice message sayin who he is and that my husband has a law suit against him but does not say from who we never answer this calls and we never call them back but the next time that they call im going to mess with them and see what they do think ill lie to them and tell them that i am my husbands lawyer and that i want to know why they want to say lies about my husband

i received a call from 646-597-9030 from a person saying that i was being sued for a loan with cash net usa and that if i didnt send them money that they were going to come out here to arkansas where i live and fly me to new york and put me in jail. for one i have never applied for a loan with cash net usa and he said his name was officer mike stone with the nypd. the only loan i ever applied for was on march 17 2011 with another scam loan (found out after the fact) with budinger lending network (budingerln.com) and the ones that call say i applied for the loan in december 2010 but how the heck did they get my number if i didnt get this number until mid january 2011 and didnt even apply with a loan until the 17 march 2011. then when i called them back the same guy answered and said he with officer mike stones assistant named Ralph Wilson (same voice as officer mike stone) then when i told them that i had contacted fbi they hung up and now will not answer my phone calls. luckly i have got my email changed, my phone number changed, and have filed with the fbi, the local cops, and ftc. i hope they catch who ever is doing this its not right harrasment and threating a disabled woman and her boyfriend is bs

Called my job..saying his name is Justin Wright from the legal dept.  Wouldn't give company name. Wanted my lawyer's name..I told him thank-you for the number that I would call the police and hung up.

Please be aware that these people will not stop.I fell for two of these such crooks and I deleted my bank account and could not pay my bills. I did not realize at the time as some of you do that your information is vulnerable to any predator if you do apply for a pay day loan. Frank Jefferson who claimed to be an attorney for Cash Advance USA is one of the scam artist and the other one was Mke Johnson. Theri phone numbers are 713-900-6607 and 213-330-2729. Sean Richards is the representative for the phone number 646-597-9030. They call my cell number and phone number all day. I finally caught on to their game and did not succumb to the threats of Joe Peterson or Sean Richards and they will not stop calling. They have even threaten to call my best friend and mother. I have contacted the Federal Trade Commission and left information with them and the FBI has a website that advises you on what to do with these rats. They actually have all my personal information. Please do not fall prey to these vulgars. Say what ever is necessary to get them off of your back.

I got the same phone at my home and business - at work they are asking to speak to my boss - I have report them to the police department and the FBI, but the number keep changing.  This is a new number but the same people calling; they must move around - who can we report this to so they can tape the line to catch them?
