It's the FCC running scams and hanging up on people/harassing them to keep their BS jobs, sitting on their @$$3$ doing absolutely nothing!

Did not answer .... no VM.. I can see from the reports here it is a spammer. Redialed number, robo answered with message to be placed on no call list, "press one".. I did and robo answered more or less, "thanks, we won't call, give the system 48 hours to be in effect..  Now just hoping thats what "press one" did..  :(

Unknown caller is a breather.

The breather called to our personal home phone which is an unlisted number.

I've been getting numerous unwanted calls at all hours of the day/night by various phone numbers.

I'm very unhappy about this.

This is a government check system to locae active numbers. Never answer it and block it.

Same as everyone else, just saw this number show up on my cell phone but they didn't leave a message

No legitimate telemarketer would violate the DNCR. However a telemaggoter would.

Robocall from business loan scammers. Apparently the scammers behind "Rachel from Cardholder Services" have branched out into new scams attempting to sucker businesses.

If you've ever registered an internet domain name without those expensive add-on services to 'shield' your identity, your name, address, and phone number are readily available.

Received robo call from 646-712-8141 saying I was pre-approved for a business loan for my small business and could use the money any way I wanted.  Pressed 1 and asked what company it was.  She said "business promotions" and kept asking if I would like the loan.  I asked where she was located and she said, "Irvine, California," but would I like the loan?  I said to please remove me from the calling list, and she said she would.

A quick search with the California Secretary of State shows no corporation or LLC by the name of "Business Promotions."  I still do not know who these people are.  http://kepler.sos.ca.gov/  I don't think that's the actual name of the company, if they are a company at all.

Unsolicited caller offering business loans. Pressed '1' to speak to someone. The call center rep asked if I was interested in a business loan. I replied, "No, and please take me off of your list." The rep hung up.

I called the number back, and an automated service said if I pressed '1', I would be added to the "Do Not Call" list. I pressed '1', and the automated voice apologized for any inconvenience and then automatically disconnected the call.

Annoying, yes, but as long as they don't call me back, I'll be satisfied.

Offering a business loan

Incoming call to a cell phone both on the state and federal do not call registries. Caller ID 646-712-8141 scam robocall offers loans of any amount with no specific payback schedule. After lack of receiver's response, line disconnects.

Return call to this number 646-712-8141 results in endless loop of 'automated telephone system offers'.

Received a call from this number today. Answered the phone but there wasn't anyone on the other end. Said: "Hello" a few times and then just hung up.

Adding this to the list of blocked numbers.

Love these websites...I like knowing I'm not the only one and that it wasn't a "real" caller I'd want to talk to.  Same here, call to my cell, I didn't answer, no msg left.
