SCAM!
1(646) 757-1925 called and left a message guarding a loan. I called back to find out if GE Capital Bank. They were rude and short with answers. What I got out of him was they were calling in regards to applying for a loan, which I did not. I pressed him tell him I did not apply for a loan and asked how they got my number. Again rude and short answers... they said they got it off line from another financial organization where I applied for a loan, again which is not true. I told him this is all false and to remove my number.  The whole thing made me very nervous!

This same  number called me with a computerized message about 13 minutes ago claiming to be from the irs saying that they have been trying to reach me on a suit against us.

My office got a call just like Joe described. And we got the message at nearly the same time. Can't say for sure but I highly doubt the IRS is really suing us. (The voice on the robo-call is creepy too!)

Just got the "IRS is suing you" message, also. Jerks.

I also had the same thing. A computer telling me it's my final notice. That the IRS is filing a lawsuit against me and to call this number to find out more info :( I don't think the IRS would make such a call and the computer guy never said a name either. Fake all the way :(

Just came home from work with message irs is going to file a lawsuit against me. Seriously!  Just don't answer or call back. Scam

Do consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.

We also got a call saying IRS is filing a lawsuit against us.   Scam, scam, scam.

Just got the same call saying they were it's n this was my final call before a lawsuit is brought against me

Caller is calling to tell me that IRS is suing me.  Questionable if you ask me.
