This number shows up repeatedly as long distance calls originating from my home phone as a Long Distance (Simultaneous Ring). The location data is NWYRCYZN01, NY and the calls last 1 minute.

I just found this number on my outgoing call record for every day this last month. I've never called this number and if I call it I get a busy signal. Have you figured it out yet?

This is the number that Time Warner phone sends robocalls to. It's basically a triple tone then it hangs up.  You can control this robocall option through Time Warner's VoiceZone.

Thank you for this! I just signed up for Time Warner robocall block service and see it on my call record for two days at times when I was at work. This answers the question of why they are there.

this number calls me from 1 time to 10 times a day I want it to stop.

i check account with cable and there are 6 calls from this number 646-798-8400 each are 1 minute why cant he cable co stop these calls showing they called from our number.  there has to be a way to stop them.  timewarner needs to correct this.

646-798-8400 showing up on account calling from our home phone number how can that be. no one should be able to hack into our phone and use to call others.  dates 1/6 12:29pm,1/5 2:56pm,1/4 6pm,1/3 10:01am and 1:30pm, 1/12 at 10 am and 2:26pm all these call show outgoing to above number listed. someone is hacking our phone and using our number to all others...

Called my cable company, said nothing can be done about this! That's not right! Come up with better security!!

This number shows up on my TWC/Spectrum bill for MONTHS! it shows as if I was calling it repeatedly. Cable company acts like they don't know anything! This is bull and I don't like it!!!!

This is a robo number,if you have robo activated this number comes into your phone and goes back out to block calls,no charge.

So this 646 798 8400 is a robo TWC/Spectrum thing? Im using that service.  Also though,  Ive been getting calls all day everyday from 156-xxxx .  Last four digits keep changing.  They get through the TWC robo block because the  number is there.  Number keeps changing. Anybody?

Me too. 39 calls last billing cycle. Strange-- need to call Spectrum to have charges reversed.

That is the number that is receiving your call when you check your messages.  even though its not the number you call to check.

The number shows up on my phone bill as an outgoing phone call. Every day for a month. Sometimes several times a day. I don't recognize this number and have never called it. Believe that my WiFi has been hacked and these hackers are remotely using my home telephone for other calls.
