This number shows up numerous times on my call log as being called from my telephone number.  I don't know if this is a hacking job or what?

This number  show up on my time Warner  phone bill as a  long distance  call. Time Warner  said the call was made  from  my phone and there is nothing  they  can do about  it. This is bill I did not make it.

I seen it on my voicemail call list. And it won’t let me delete it.

Well, "it" has no control over your Voice Mail and if it won't delete, then its an issue with your carrier, so contact them about a message that won't delete.

why are they calling and hanging up

Yikes! Accidently just now went in to search for a doctor's phone number that I had called.  Was amazed that 25 times a day for months calls originating from my phone number to (646) 798-8400.  I have never called that number in N.Y.  The calls all show 0.01 so probably 1 second.....what to do about it?????
