Received a called, I declined it since I didn't know who it was... voicemail left and listened sounded like a couple people talking in the background... easiest thing you can do... just block the number

Call 1 800 404 2464 to get taken off the list and you won't get anymore calls from 647 258 0262.

Called stating they are doing a survey on behalf of the federal govt. They then proceeded to ask question about the types phone lines I have. I refused them the infomartion.

Same. Asked if I was driving while taking call. Asked about my phone lines and hung up on me when I responded I wouldn't answer because she didn't know which dept of the Government of Canada she was calling for. lol.

Called 6 times in last 2 days-very annoying-- I was asleep-no message. People that work shift work should not have to put up with this !!!

Didn't recognize number so didn't pick up.
Going to block the caller

This number is also related to 416-894-5421 and keeps calling here but this is the last time for sure .  It has now been permanently blocked.

I keep getting calls from this number, but they never leave a message. I had a scammer calling from a different number about a week ago, who claimed they were from Revenue Canada and that I was about to be arrested for tax fraud. They told me I needed to pay almost $5,000 right then or the Mounties would be at my door within 48 hours. Needless to say I didn't pay, and didn't get arrested. I'm guessing this is another scam.

MAKE ROBOCALLING ILLEGAL, PERIOD....

So what do you think will happen if it is made illegal?  Do you think that criminals will obey that law, just like they obey every other law?

Have been bothered by calls from this phone # many times.  Always comes to my cell phone.  Different
hrs. of the date or night.

Actually, all the surveys are part of the general Voiceprinting Program. As long as you say anything they are happy to get your sample.
