I'm soooo glad i found you guys. You saved me from wasting anymore time on this company. My intuition told me i should check them out and i'm glad i did!

WellI guess Sandi has the job now. Same thing J.B. Turnkey. When i asked if it was near the arena she said she was new to the city and had no idea.  That this place is in behind buildings down the stairs, sounded kind of sketchy.Really glad to have found this site.  Not going.

I also got a call from a lady calling herself Sandy from RS Acquisitions. tried doing a web with no success.
I don’t remember sending them my resume. I was booked for an interview tomorrow thank you guys. It would have been a waste of time going there.

I also got a call from R.S. Acquisitions from  lady named Sandy.  She said they received my resume, but I never sent them one and also I am unable to locate their company information anywhere online (a little suspicious).  I did end up making an appointment with her for 11:00 am however I do not believe I will keep this appointment after reading the previous threads.  Thank you all for your information.

Thank you guys for the head up about this company, I would have really been upset to go all the way to victoria park and Mcnicoll for nothing  have interview for Monday will not be going.

hey I got a call from JB Trunkey by the name Sandy, but couldn't get to their website, instead saw all these notes here, does that mean the company is a fake one ... Oh got I have been unemployed for a while and suddenly when I got a break its from them.. anyways I think I will go for the interview and will update you guys on what happened there,.,. I swear I am really desperate for a job at this time and if they fooled me for any upfront payment kinda thing, I will burn down their company,,. check out in the news paper,.,. lets see what happens here

Same here, I got a call from a woman named Sandy. Claimed that she I sent my resume for employment with the company. She booked an interview for Friday, give me the company's address (Victoria Park/McNicholl) area. But I never went in.

Today I decided to google this company (RS Acquisitions), and all these notes came up. "My Goodness".

Glad I saw this. But "Good Luck" to everyone that's looking for work. Ciao.

I got 2 missed calls from them, when i called back, it's an answering machine. But even without leaving a message, the women called me right back in 30 sec. When talking to them, it seem like all she wanted to do is get me to go to the interview, I sure I didn't applying for any job from them and she keeps on avoiding my questions about the position.

I am sooooo happy to have read this!! I had an interview tomorrow at three and it was SANDY who called...from RS Aquisitions but the caller id said JP Turnkey??? whatever...did anyone actually go to the interview?? i wonder what its all about

yeah but did anyone attend the interview recently, bec i have an interview of the 3rd of June. And the lady  who called me his Diane, she said they received 1400 resumes! geez i wonder how, since so many of u r just randomly getting calls without submitting ur resumes. And yes their location looks weird. I am glad I got some heads up through this thread.

and yeah the person who will interview me is "Reza" and when i enquired the lady abt the last name, she said she did not know it...lol

Another company that has been causing problem is North America Energy Star Group (they take care of the marketing for Direct Energy, which is a huge organizaion)
They advertised their position as "Customer Relations Rep" and they said their average compensation wld be between $700 to $1200 depending on experience.
After i went for the interview i was in for a shock, it was a door to door sales position and it was based on COMMISSON! i felt terribly duped, and shocked as Direct Energy is a highly reputed company.

Do not respond to their ads on Craigslist.ca.

I know the company and it is a great place to work. This group of posters seems like a scary bunch going by your paranoia.  When you upload your resume on workopolis or monster, employers might call you about openings. Just so you know.....

Judging from what i see, you would'nt have been hired anyways so don't worry about it.
