Offering money loan

2014 they are soliciting consumers for a money loan. And these days they are calling from this number with fraudulent threats of locating residence and place of employment to serving legal documents. BUT WAIT! THAT'S NOT ALL! The "process server" is giving you a last chance to call the "plaintiff" at 240-318-1314 immediately, pay up and get the case resolved!

Just remember, no legal locator/process server calls to give anyone a last chance. They simply find you and show up and serve.

they called my home phone # w/ ref#660489 w/ threats of coming to my residence or work place to serve me as well and no one would answer the phone when called

I did a fraud chargeback with my bank.  they just called me and said it was recorded where I agreed to pay.  I said fine until I researched you and you're a fraud so now I revoked it.  the bank gave the money back.  1) she never gave the collection Miranda-from a debt collector wording and two never said it was recording and 30 any payment plans must be followed up with a letter saying what you agreed too.  I would never have fallen for this but we were going through a passing in the family and I wasn't with it.

How did they get your routing information?
If the debt is not yours, and they have your banking and routing information, it'd be wise to either close that account and transfer your funds to a new account at your bank -or- close the account and open a new account with another bank in your home town. Once they have your routing number these scammers may go away for a spell and return. Or they will sell your info and others to another group of scammers. Either way, if they do have your routing number and you continue to use the same account, there's a high probability they will come knocking again.

they don't have my routing number, it was a CC, i changed everything.  they are dirtbags
