Interesting that Marcie Davis isn't listed as the General Manager of this criminal enterprise.

Miss Marcie has been too busy spamming this thread and doing the old "I am so wonderful and reasonable, and approachable" song and dance.  I guess the details such as telling the truth just got lost in the excitement, "Miss Marcie"?
Keep up the shilling Missy, we've see it before, including your song and dance.

Our firm is located in Men's Room, third stall from the door on west bound I-10 just this side of Raiford, FL, which I consider a "Second Home".   It really is just like a business plaza, since you can find whatever you need in the way of medications and personal services, 24/7, right there, and with free parking.  Technically, that is not a public storage next door, it is a dumpster.  Hope this helps, but I really couldn't care less it it does :)

While we understand a collection call can be difficult for both sides, it is always my personal goal to make things go a whole lot better for my den of thieves than for the people we wish to victimize!  Our goal it to treat all our marks, oops, I mean vics,  I mean everyone with personalized lies, threats and deceit. :)   If you feel your account was not appropriately handled, well, tough.

I encourage you to contact me directly @lying_support@sleezy_attorneys.con to discuss more self serving lies and half truths.

You need to send them a certified, return receipt debt validation, cease and desist calling, or "not me" letter (think of it as the best $6.47 you ever invested).  Also send it first class mail in case no one will sign for it.  Make a notation of that fact at the bottom of the letter.  You also need to report them to the proper agencies to which I have provided links to.  Then you need to go out and get a consumer lawyer to sue them on a contingency basis (no money out of your pocket) and let them pay you for the harassment.  If everyone did these three things, these crooks would be bankrupt and we would all be the richer for it.  Use these web sites to find an attorney in your state that will probably take the case on a contingency basis (no money out of your pocket up front):  http://www.consumeradvocates.org/

Everything else you need to know follows including five agencies where you should report their criminal activities.

Interesting that Brian Poe is threatening people with garnishments, and then has an ad telling people to come to him to stop the garnishment (sort of a conflict of interest don’t you think?  Also, is he getting his information for collections from those same clients?  Hmm):  https://atlanta.craigslist.org/atl/lgs/6013082086.html

The general manager of Attorney Network Solutions seems to be Tiffany Moore who doesn’t have a license to practice law and seems to have had her own collections company in the past.  Wish I knew the name of that company, because I bet it was sued a whole lot.
It is incumbent upon them under the law to prove that the debt exists and that you owe it, and that they have the legal right to collect it.  You are not obligated under the law to prove that you don’t owe or that it is paid.

Federal law (FDCPA) requires them to send you a letter (US MAIL ONLY) postmarked within 5 days of their first contact that contains their name, physical address, the creditor’s name, and the amount of the alleged debt.  It also must contains “mini-Miranda” telling you that it is an attempt to collect a debt and that all information will be used for those purposes.  The one other important thing that this letter must also have in it is that you have a right to dispute the debt within 30 days of receipt of the letter and if you do so, all collection activity must be stopped until the debt is verified.

Read up on your rights here and also make a complaint at this government site:  http://www.consumerfinance.gov/

Also file a complaint with your State Attorney General's office.

Thanks to you and concerned mom for alerting us to this criminal enterprise.  Now that I have posted all that information, it should be really easy for people who are contacted illegally by your "firm" to report and to sue you.  Just think, if you two hadn't come around here, we might never have taken the time to put this together to warn people that crooks like you are abundant in that section of Georgia.

    Still scratching my head
I just got a call from this number (678) 250-5044, says Stone Mountain, Georgia.  A recording telling me to hold that it was regarding a legal matter, do not hang up, well...they hung up on me. I called the number back, got a similar recording and nothing but leave a message. Well, I don't owe anything except my car, and it's current so I have no idea why they called me, but they'll realize I was the wrong number to call today.

I'd like to update that the last time I had contact with them a woman threatened to have me charged with check defrauding. That makes no sense whatsoever. When I asked for her license number to even collect debt in my state, she hung up and they haven't called back sense. I'm not going to say they aren't legitimately a subsidiary of a legitimate lawfirm, but their techniques are unlawful. I'm not surprised to see the manager has been sued.

Being in ordinary civil debt is NOT a crime and you cannot be arrested or prosecuted for it.  No debt collector can prosecute anyone.  No debt collector has anything to do with the justice system.

    Report them:

http://www.consumer.ftc.gov/articles/0149-debt-collection (Threatening civil proceedings with no intent to follow through, or threatening criminal process in order to collect a civil debt is a  violation of the Federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.)  The same goes for endless telephone harassment

Also contact your local attorney general

If they continue to bother you,  and you know you do not owe any money, tell them that you know this is  a debt scam and that you are making a complaint to the police for extortion.  Once you get a copy of the police report and they call you again , just read out the  file number and the name of the PD or Sheriff’s office involved.   Tell them you’ll be glad to send a copy to them at whatever address the jack***es are working out of now.

You'll probably have to yell at them and talk over them.
You have to get tuff with these people because,  being akin to thugs, brute force is (metaphorically speaking),  the only thing they understand.

Being in ordinary civil debt is NOT a crime and you cannot be prosecuted or arrested for it.  Only public prosecutors can charge anyone with fraud.  Fraud is a crime. Debt collectors have nothing to do with the criminal justice system.   There is no way a civil debt can be magically turned into some sort of check fraud.  Ignore and block these numbers.
