4 calls, 2 each day in last 2 days. I've answered and nothing! They hung up. Other 3 times, I let the machine get it but no message was left! Highly annoying!

This number keeps calling my parents and trying to scam them.

They have called me over 4 months daily 2 -3 times a day appox (9.30 Am , 5:15 pm  8:30pm ) except on Sunday. I had I will call bank of America and tell them if this harssment does not they stop I will cancel all my credit cards. With a 825 credit card score they need more then I do.

just got a call from this # didnt leave a massage at all. wish they would quit calling or leave a massage if it is real importment.

Just recieved a call from this number..I told him he had the wrong number and he hung up on me!

Called and left no message.. nobody calls me from Georgia but while I had an interview with a company in Georgia I thought this could be the case but unfortunatly looks like another call for selling something. Bank of America keeps bothering on insurance, protections, credit reports all that stuff

same with me!  they have called 2 times each over the past 2 days... the first day (yesterday, at 9:04, and then again at 9:52am, then today was at 9:34 and 11:34) SO annoying! I wish the would call just once at night so I could tell them to f-off.  I don't know anyone in Marietta, Georgia either!

i have an account with bank of america.  this number calls and i tell him i am not interested. then i get a letter saying i will now be charged 59 a year as fee.  never late, crdit score 823 nad 10k limit.  whats that tell ya?

Called asked for me by name and when I asked who was calling she hung up on me.

The caller called, then my answering machine picks up the call, they hang up.  This is very disruptive and should not be happening.  I have registered my number with the donotcall registry, yet these companies completely ignore them and call.  I wish they could be prosecuted and pay a fine to all the victims of their practices.

Received calls from this number an others.  When I pick up no one is there and they leave blank messages.  Called back, they insisted the call dialer must be set wrong and said they needed my name, number and credit card number to remove me from the list.  After refusing to give a credit card number more than once and insisting they remove me with just my phone number they took my number.  Will see if the calls slow down.  Any one know where I can report this?

Received 6 calls in a couple of hours from 678-384-4966. I have the number blocked.

If you are on the do not call list, the same site has a section for filing complaints. Go to the do not call site and fill out a complaint. They will ask for number, time, date and any other details like what shows on caller id and name of caller if you have it. I've filed against "caller unknown" of that's the only info I have. Usually they wind up being bill collectors with bad info and if you manage to get them to talk to you and tell them to stop and they have to. That's why they don't leave messages or hang up f you don't say you are their one they ask to speak to.

The ones I've spoken to and told no one by that name does not or has not lived there have stopped. Same with reported calls though not right away on those. Companies you do business with are exempt from the list unless you manage to get to asking them not interested and don't call again about the reason they are calling.

I just got a call from this number and said "Hello" three times and they never said a word and hung up on me. I have a feeling they are trying to find out who is home during the day so they can hand the number off to someone to call for a solicitation call. I'm on the "Do Not Call List," so if they do call, I will report them.

Do you own a house together?  If so, perhaps it's some con artist....perhaps even overseas....and they got your info from public records....so they know your names but not whether you have an account together.  Eventually they get lucky with some people answering yes and giving them the information (credit card number, etc.).   Is anyone actually seeing the Bank of America name on their caller i.d.?
