My parents keep getting calls from 678 384 4966 . This # is calling my parents house asking for me. I've not lived at my parents house for years and yet this # is calling and harrassing my parents and asking for me. The lady on the phone claims she is with "Card Services" but will not leave her name or a message. My mom and dad are annoyed by the harrassing phone calls.  If this is BOA, its a horrible way to do business.

    annoyed!
This number shows up on caller ID as "card services". They have called a lot in the past weeks and left no message when voice recorder picks up. So I answered today and the person says they are with Bank of America and wanted to offer me credit protection plan. I Hung up on them and called the number on the back of card spoke with some one at bank of America. And they claim these calls where not made by any one of their people. Usually if they make a promotional call it is logged. People BEWARE!! Do NOT give these people any info at all!!!

CARD SERVICES has been very persistent, calling at all hours of the day.  Luckily, I was out of town, however my answering machine logged in every call.  I hope CARD SERVICES stop this unethical practice of harassment.  I logged in my complaint with the donotcall registry.

This number has called my house persistently every morning for the past 3 weeks.  My husband answers when he can (we have three children under the age of 3) and they ask for me by name and say they'll call back as soon as he says I'm not there.  Today they told him that they were from Bank of America.  I also called Bank of America today and was also told these calls are not from them.  They do log in all of their solicitation calls.  She told me this is probably a scam and not to give them any information.

On another note, I also have a limit over $10,000 and have a credit rating in the 820s....I see that seems to be common here...are we being targeted for having good credit?

I got a call today from this number and am on the 'do not call' list.  My credit is also not good due
to a long illness and being on disability, so it is not just people with good credit getting these
calls.  No message was left as when my phone announced the number, I did not recognize it
so did not pick up.  If I get another one, will file a complaint with 'do not call' list.

The caller called me at my work, claiming to sell me credit protection for my Bank of America credit card, I told him I was not interested several times and had to hang up on him.  I have also had calls from this number at my house with the caller ID showing CARD SERVICES.

Said his name was Max Savage. Wanted to sell me credit card protection.  I asked to speak to his boss.  He said to call "customer services".  I hung up.  Sounds like a con/scam to me.  Wouldn't answer when I called the number back.

This number is definitely Bank of America.  They've been calling for months, no message.  Just now picked up the call and confirmed it is BofA.  They have also called me using several other phone numbers.

I got a call today and they said they were from BofA and they will offer me free credit protection plan. I thought they were really from BofA so I applied for it since they were gonna do it for free. They said they will send me a letter. Now I looked up this website and found out it is a scam. They didn't ask any credit card information. They only asked if the address is correct and that I agreed to their protection contract. Did anyone said yes and applied? What will I get from the mail?
