Just called me three times, one call per minute, starting at 832am on Saturday of Thanksgiving weekend. I had download Phone Warrior on my droid and it is coming up as National Asset Recovery. I have spoken to them before. I know they are trying to collect for me having to get Care credit to put my dog down recently. Last I answered,  month back, I explained to them that I am having a tumorous cancer removed and they are on my credit so I will contact them when I am able to pay since I can not work, I am very ill. They just won't stop calling all hours of the morning and night repeatedly with no message. Finally, on this Thanksgiving weekend at 830 in the morning one week after my third surgery, I have had enough and needed to report this so others know not to tolerate these poor practices and report these collectors. Please, anyone else receiving this harassment, report them... They will not stop!

I just called the number back because I am so pissed off. I was asked my name and social security which I know is a no no. I asked for a manage, told Mrs. Harris she was being recorded for my own safety. She gave me her name as Mrs. Harris and the business name of National Medical Administration. She again asked who she was speaking with, given I refused to supply my name, I only had the chance to say "are you the one authorizing the harassment of individuals repeatedly at 830am on a Saturday? Thanksgiving weekend?" She told me to have a great day and hung up on me. I have been eeucsting myself by reading these very informative forums and am now using the Phone Warrior app (its free get it). You can block and report them immediately. This company doesn't seem to have any moral or ethical standards, not even leaving a message. Therefore, I have decided to answer all calls, let them know first that I am recording them and proceed to ask them to not whatever account that I will not be providing my name or SSN to anyone, the main company I worked with could call me back. It may be bad for my credit, they may sue.... But I will be damned if I am being caught in a fishing plight for my personal info.

They have many numbers. I have blocked them all on my call blocker. This time they called my FAX #. Different # but rings in on my land line. All blocked. I only get about half of a ring tone but it is enough to get identified on caller ID.

This number keeps calling my cell and house for a payday loan...When I called them back I was told that I was going to be served Court papers....The last time I was told this I told them that I was waiting for them on my porch with my lawyer.

they call all the time I don't have missed calls just voicmails that are never anything or recently it sounded threatening somehting about your wife... I don't have a wife I have a husband.

Caller says he is from Allstate Insurance Co. not true,

woman on line was rude, threatened to sue me, called for this debt when my credit score is spotless, I told her to f-off
and said I would sue her [***]
and in the process tried to get my Ssn and
my birthday

A message from National Asset Recovery said call him back, and left a "reference number". A scam to be sure. I don't have any unpaid debts.

I was told by Mr Reid I owed $175 to a phone company I no longer used and I have not used for almost two years. He said I owed a final payment. Thinking it was an honest oversight, I almost tried to make it right, but then I hesitated and told him I needed to check this out.   I called the former phone company and was told I did not owe anything, that I had zero balance. I had switched to another service and paid it in full. WTH is this Mr Reid pulling? He gave me a number to call him back (I am not). I am so mad that I ALMOST just took his word at face value and offered to pay.
I checked both the number on the caller ID (678-578-1800) and the number he gave me (877-604-1800) and both come up as SCAM!

Collection Agent for Birch Communications.  Calling on an account I have nothing to do with.  Am an employee of the business, but not owner of business.  I owe nothing on this account and told them to stop calling me.  Practicing unfair and illegal collection tactics.

nasty and rude person, my advice look for another job.

I just received a call from a Miss Harris from this number stating that she was collecting for an old ambulance bill from 2002 for the amount of $475.. when she asked if I was willing to be able to pay it I told her honey I lost my job then I'm still unemployed.. She asked if there's any back about the money from and I'll tell you if I had somebody that could borrow the money from instead of me living on the street ..
