Had numerous of calls over the last month leaving record messages claiming to be from Emory Health Care Business.  Lately, a lady by the name of Caroline has been leaving live messages.  I have not dare to call the number back due to looking up the number of the web and it appears to be all a SCAM!  Emory doesn't enough have a number listed like this.  These people are good as they appear and all they want is your Health insurance infor and a credit care number!  So BEWARE and don't answer it!  Report it to the Do not call Register.

# keeps calling; appears to be scam. I have an online account and know I do not have a balance owed.  Individual appears legitimate so be careful. With all issues, I would call Emory directly to discuss payments, balances, etc.

I just got a call from the same #, claiming she is from Emory and asking for my date of birth.
I asked what it's in the reference to and she was insisting on trying to make sure I am the right person, so I explained to her I am not giving any info to unknown person. So she hung up. I know Emory always call from 404 area code.

Received call on my land line. Caller said "This is not a sales call, please call the Emory Hospital Business office at 678-805-6038"

Just got a call today from this number  claiming to be Emory Health Care. apparently they knew the date of a recent visit. My cell phone identified the call as "scam likely". The lady  was asking me to verify my personal info. I then told her I would respond by mail. she politely hung up.

I received a call from this number stating "This is not a sales call, please call the Emory Hospital Business office at 678-805-6038." I called the Emory business office through the number listed on the Emory website and reported. The representative I spoke with confirmed that 678-805-6038 is NOT a spam number, that it is the Emory Business office, but she was able to address the issue so I didn't have to call. I would always be hesitant about calling a number left by unknown person.

They called and did not say anything when I picked-up. I heard a voice on the background as soon as I picked-up, sounded like a man on the other end of the line.

Call came from this number, claimed to be from Emory. Asked for date of birth and another piece of information (I forget which) to confirm my identity. When I asked what this was in reference to, they claimed they could not tell me due to HIPAA until after my identity was confirmed. So I told them well I can't give my personal information out to a cold caller, so where does that leave us? They did not have an answer for me so I hung up.
