they keep leaving messages on my voice mail say they have left messages on my phone and if I don't call them back today they are going to take further action on me. the name of the caller is Kimberly marsh.

They have called my Mother at her home and myself. They will give me no info. but I  owe money. I'm so sick of this.

Call from a Kimberly Marshall from 678-825-3749 telling me to call back at number with a 404 area code. Said they had contacted me several times via phone and and writing, which is total bs because I never received anything via mail. They probably have contacted me by phone, using about a bunch of different numbers and names. But I don't respond unless I get it in writing. Legit debt collectors send debt collection notices via mail, then follow up via the phone.

I received a call yesterday, the agent stated I owed 800 dollars to cash call, and that I would be prosected if I don't pay. I asked for something in writing. The caller refused and became very upset that I asked for proof. I refuse to pay them any money

I have received calls from this number and another. Claims to be Ashley or Kimberly Marshall plus a couple men calling threatening if I don't pay I'll be going to jail. Says they will report to social security and have my checks. I'm so sick of this. I've got health issues. Is there anything we can do?

They said there have been several attempts to contact me with no answer. If i don't call back in 24 hour they are going to move this expeditously and all. I get these calls 2-3 times a week and it is getting annoying as hell

I have received the same call stating that i have 24 hours to get back or they will move forward with whatever.  they never state the name of the person that they are trying to contact...same guy too...Jeff Fisher.

Left a message that it is important that I get in contact with them before the end of the day. Never left the name of the company or who they are calling for and the reason. He left his name Jeff fisher and I should contact him immediately at 678 825 3749 ext. 149. He never once said who he was looking for or what company he with

Between Fisher and Marshall they have been calling me with the same story for over 2 months at least.  My 24 hrs were up 2 months ago or more.  Still waiting for something to happen but I know nothing will.

Jeff fisher calls and says further action is required to contact my lawyer . Call comes in on one phone # and he leaves another phone # robot sound call

Scam debt collector

CID CRM 404-994-2810 x130. Returned call to Brad, mentioned forwarding the call to Fl AG and brought up their BBB   complaints. By the end of call Brad very unprofessional "get off my phone you rotten piece of meat and go do something wth your life". On March 23, Critical Mediations LLC left a message for a person that I do not know: they have a return transaction in their office, consider this to be final notice, if they do not hear from me, it will be posted with my county. Called number, person must have listed number as contact, no, I have had number since 2012, prior to that I know name of woman that number was issued to. Remove my number, and have a great life!!!

BBB has received complaints regarding the collection practices of R G Financial. Consumers allege they are receiving threatening phone calls from the business stating that they will be arrested on a felony charge if they do not pay the debt.

Some consumers state the collection call is in regards to a debt they are not aware of and when they check with the company to whom they supposedly owe the debt, the company confirms there is no balance.

Consumers also indicate that the business is making harassing calls to their family members and friends. Other consumers assert that when they request validation of the debt, the business states they are not required to send anything.

Just because someone on the phone calling you says you owe a debt does not mean you actually owe it.

If a voice on the telephone claims you owe a debt:

1.    Demand the person give you his or her name, company name, and address
2.     Demand a debt validation letter by US mail.  E-mail no good.
3.    Do not pay  the collection agent or anyone else a  dime until the debt is validated

Of course they won’t do this, no scammer ever will, so simply ignore them and block their calls.

If they continue to bother you,  and you know you do not owe any money, tell them that you know this is  a debt scam and that you are making a complaint to the police for extortion.  Once you get a copy of the police report and they call you again , just read out the  file number and the name of the PD or Sheriff’s office involved.   Tell them you’ll be glad to send a copy to them at whatever address the jack***es are working out of now.

You'll probably have to yell at them and talk over them.
You have to get tuff with these people because,  being akin to thugs, brute force is (metaphorically speaking),  the only thing they understand.

This Kimberly Marshall keeps on calling and saying that they have been making attempt to get a hold of me.  Now if this individual is so much interested she should send a written letter of such matter.  NO ONE in there right mind is going to give bank info or make arrangement of such without a written notification.  This person can go to _____
