These people keep calling me saying they are taking me to court for a loan I took out from a check cashing place.  The sad this is I have never taken a loan out from this place they are talking about. They call from a 832 number out of houston TX as well. his direct ex is 149

blake mosely regarding someone having complaint against me re:check fraud, retun # hr left was 1-877-620-2730, ext 102. when i googled that number its fake company that is anything from complaint dept to check fraud to debt collector. funny as i dont qualify for any of the above!

I received a call from Blake Mosley 678-825-3749 stating that I am associated with check fraud - and I may be sued. This is fake and I know it!!! I was prompted to call 877-620-2730 ext. 102.

I called the 678 number yesterday and spoke to someone name Mosley who refused to give me any information about the company so I hung up. I waited until I could use my government (recorded line) I called the 877 today and spoke to Mr. Williams (who sounds like Mr. Mosley (go figure). He told me the name of the company is Credit Card Mediators... That's funny when the call stated I being investigated for check fraud. I asked if they were a collection agency but he refused to give me any further information until I provided my first and last name. We got into a screaming match at which time he called me an [***] and stated I needed to pay up or he would drag my ass to court faster then I could hang up. I am reporting this to the State Attorney General in my state. I suggest you do the same!

Getting some very harassing phone calls from these people. Said they were calling for my mother and that she was going to be prosecuted and sent to jail if I didnt pay them $1274.50 within 30 minutes which I panicked because I didn't realize it was FALSE and was worried for my mother and said I would pay it (the amount then turned into $1801.50 in a matter of 20 mins) obviously this was a red flag for me and I put an end to it. Now receiving threatening calls that I will be prosecuted also? When she called this number back, they didnt even want to talk to her! Said they were only dealing with me? Even though they were looking for her in the begining because it was her "check fraud". All they told her was that she supposedly owed $1074.50!! How is this fluctuating nearly EIGHT HUNDRED DOLLARS!?
Dont give out ANY information to these people it is 100% scam and total BS that they can get away with this crap.

It's so ridiculous that these people are calling anyone they can get a number thinking it's for me and calling them leaving harassing messages for others to give me.  It's against the law to discuss my case with anyone and I am sure they should know this.  They called a number today for me and I don't even know they number so how did they get it I don't know.  They are not supposed to call your job either especially when you asked them not to call.  Something really needs to be done to these defrauding people.  I paid money once to FALSE people; I am not doing that again.  They have no number for you to call back once you send them money so please be careful you have all the information before sending any money to anyone or give out information concerning you.

Told them I was reporting them to the FTC and BBB since the could not provide me anything in writing. I also said I was reporting them for not idetifyng themseles as debt collector's as is required under The Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. Haven't heard from them in 2 weeks scammer scumbags.

M Callahan and assocaites scammer debt collector's do not pay them a dime report them to the Ftc and BBB. Do not pay them a dime they are just trying o scam you out of your money.

They call at the most random times. They have left detailed information to my friends VM which is a violation of FDCPA. I never have given anyone power of attorney to speak on my behalf. Yet they call me and leave no message how convienent. If they call me again I will report their [***] to FTC and BBB.

Caller refused to identify himself or company he represented

A Mr. West answered the phone and you can tell that this is a bunch of scammers....These people need to be put in jail.

I got the same call and Mr. West said he was coming to get me if i called the cops!

They call me saying they are crm and said we left a bad check with them , the guy says he is giving us till the end of day to call back because its been over 30 days lol scam.

This number is calling me once a week for the last 2 years. They said that I have a debt that I has to pay otherwise they send my documentation to the court. I never received notification from the court and nothing is filing on my name or debt requested on my name. The did not identified themselves and we don';t have to trust it.  Please be advise that any information you provide will use against you. They never answer the phone back

The voicemail was for a Julia Stapleton when I called it back. They are claiming there is a pending allegation against me and my ss#. FRAUD!!! Beware of the scammers. The FCC really needs to do something about this because over the last couple of years there has been a multitude of these fraudsters.

These people are scammers!!! Don't pay them!!

Mr. Jeff Fisher called. Left a threatening recorded message. Called back got someone that sounded like a ignorant hick. Said something about a bad check from 2008. Never have heard anything from the place where this clown said it was written, or police. Sounds like a scam to me.
