Called again but was home this time. I answered told them I did not know this person she asked if I knew someone else I said I never heard of them either. Lame. She said ok and hung up. Better not call anymore.

I just received a call from them again threatening me if I don't pay in full.  I am in on board for any action against them.

I have filed a complaint with my Attorney General against this company as well. I have faxed them and the original company proof of payment. I should have never been in collections to begin with. Even with proof of payment, and payment is still being made on time (from Iraq, yes military), they call me everyday and leave voice mails.

They are being made to Capital Once customers to. I have a complaint with the Attorney General in my state. I am not behind and have even faxed them proof of payment and they still call.

I not only have a lawyer, but a legal firm backing me on this one.  I record their rude and harassing threats, etc.  I see they work for AT&T who has ripped me off, yet not satisfied, thing is I record my calls, got evidence, I'm not suing per advice of my firm, only if the call my prior employer again with derogatory remarks; give out any info to me to any other companies, or attempt to sue me.

I have a list of all of their numbers, which I am not at liberty to divulge, and as my name implies, I am a bulldog by virtue of biting back, or first depending on the situation as well as sniffing out legitimate claims procedures, etc.

Yes, my extended family owns a city block in a big city, doctors, lawyers, etc.  My name will be off their calling list, soon.  I play nice, I play fair, but I play hard ball when the time comes.

I had someone mistreating my daughter, it lasted about two weeks until I wrote the company a letter, followed up the next day by one of our lawyers.  Now they are back-peddling, and several companies involved in this "scam" are now going to pay.  I gave them a chance to back of, none-the-less they failed to heed my warnings.

Received a call from 678-937-5040 (Financial Asset) only minutes after a call from 877-642-1263 (Unknown Caller).  I know that I have no business with either, so I didn't answer.  Neither left a message.  It could hardly be coincidence that both called so close together; I would guess they are related.

The Company is Financial Asset Management.  They are repeatedly calling me and my parents about a debt that my wife's mother has.  So so wrong.  Have filed a complaint with the FTC on ftc.gov.  This is their location info. if any of you fine people want to complain in person.

So who exactly are they extremely rude. Are they a legitimate company.  If you owe taxes the IRS or the State will contact you not some obscure company.

What State are you in - as I can contact the corresponding parties in my State.

Caller hangs up as soon as I answer. If I don't answer there is an automated message. Looking for someone named Linda that is obviously "NOT HERE". Where do these people get their info? Are people just making up phone numbers to give to Dr's Offices so they can get their "PILLS"? Have they ever heard of having their patients that they think are a risk of not paying, pay up front?

These people call me all hours of the day and night...aggravating...

Just got a call from this number on my home phone, which is unlisted, asking for my ex. I said that person is not at this number. Now I have to warn my family about these calls. Don't like them and won't be nice next time.

Most small claims courts have a limit of $5,000 and attorneys are allowed.  I am an attorney that has represented clients in MANY small claims actions.  Not sure where you got your information, but you are wrong.

The person calling wouldn't give me any information other than that her name was Alicia and she was calling with Financial Assessment Management Services.  She said that she had all my personal information and asked me to confirm my SSN and home address. However, when I asked her to repeat what she had, and the nature of her call she said it was against government laws for her to tell me my own SSN and personal information. Determined to wear her out, I was just as relentless to not give her anything, as she was to try and get it. I will be reporting this company. I realize this may be an old cliche', but I pay my bills, and I am more than pissed off and annoyed with these types of companies!!

I too just got two calls from 1-678-937-5040 to my cell number, both times the call disconnected by the time I answered.  Reading these pages, I assume it's a collection company.

Thing is, I have no outstanding collectible debt. I assume they data-mined my number and are trying to get a hold of some. Ha, good luck with that if that's indicative of their skills.
