Received call. I called them back and phone rang, then went to busy signal.

I just received a call from this # , when I called back it's always busy.

This unknown to me number called me. I didn't answer it.

This is about college debt, federal loans, blah. The recorded message says press 1 if I want to my phone number included in the 'No call list' and when I do it, the message gets replayed. I just hung up.

Another one of those BS callers.

Call from texas, unknown and they dont leave messages either, and also if i dont know you i wont answer and wont call back if you dont leave a message.

Answered.  Message started in about federal loan then hung up

Stop calling

As soon as I picked up they hung up. I was outside for 3 minutes in the last 2 days and they call me as soon as I go outside and then hangup when I answer the phone? Please don't call here.

I was on the phone when this came in (call waiting).  I called it back and it is always busy.  I googled it and got here.  If they get through to me and it is spam, I tell them I am on the do not call list, then I block them on my phone.  Lately it has been bad.  I have blocked 6 or 7 numbers in the last few weeks (from all over the country).
