This number keeps calling my cell phone. It will leave a message saying, "press 5 now to receive your eligibility check . ." This number calls me constantly! Please, stop the madness!!!!!

As Nee Nee said same thing.  Plus getting a lot from other numbers.  Sometimes I get it six times a day how do I stop this madness.

Consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or so. If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number. For tracfone & straight talk:

For text messages: forwarding any text message spam you get to the short code  “7726,” which spells “spam” on most phones, to alert your network operator to the abuse. ATT won't accept 7726 But they will accept BLOCK and return a message that the web site is blocked. forward the texts to 7726 or BLOCK, depending on your phone carrier.

it tells me to press 5 for my legal options that's all it says, I have called this back but  all circuits   are busy

Received call from this number 682-808-4613 didn't answer don't recognize number, left a mumbled not understandable message and said "press 5 now about your legal options"....    STOP CALLING,,,STOP CALLING,,,,STOP CALLING...

told me it was about payday loans   reported it

Always leave message cannt get anybody don't know what they want

Calls saying legal help for payday loans. Has called me about 16 times this week alone I've blocked the number but somehow it still is able to leave a message.

Calls every day and when you call back it is just a fast busy calls from 3 different numbers block them and another one calls. Says legal alternative for my loans...I do not have any open loans and know that any legit company wouldn't blow up my cell with this kind of crap.

Call repeatedly and all I get on VM is "...options..."  Have blocked them on the device and they still get through.  Have turned it over to DO NOT CALL list and will definitely pursue with state's attorney general.
