they called me, didnt answer. looked the number up and saw its a scam number. i called them back and played the happy birthday song when a representative came on the line, he said "your phone sucks" and hung up.

Robo Call from auto insurance company, I let them know I am on the Do Not Call List and asked how they received my number, they hung up on me. Stay Classy!

Doesn't matter if you pay for minutes or not, the TCPA restricts telemarketing calls to cell phones, up to $500 per call for a violation of this law.

Call them back presS 1. When they answer with how are you today just say fine thank you and hang up.  Do this over and over for about 15 min and soon you will get this number is no longer in service. At this point you are on the do not call list. Do not cuss or yell just say im fine thank you and hang up then call right back. Repeat until you can no longer get through.

1st call from them..i am in TX, they are in TX 682-888-5226..i didnt answer...automated message left...called number back it says local auto insurance co. are competing for your business...rates low...yeah right..called at 2:43pm

I'm in Dallas/FtWorth mid-cities and got a call to my cell-phone from 682-888-5226.  No Message was left.

The calls started about a week ago. They came to my wife and my son's #. Never accepted my calls but amessage back from sprint from 8353 said : Your message was successfully delivered to a person at 682-888-5226 Thanks for using Text to Landline! Sprint's Text to Landline service.

Left my CIA burner phone on to charge and I saw I had a missed call from this number.  Web search landed me here.

Same situation.  I don't answer any number I don't recognize.   No message was left.

These numbers call and I don't answer they don't leave a message. I called back no answer just rings

Wrong.  I think what you meant to say is, "...I personally have not been able to find ANY good call block feature for ANY cell phone..."

There are dozens of call/text blocking apps for various platforms that work very well.  I have used mCleaner, which works great, and am now using iBlacklist, which works even better.

iBlacklist didn't work worth $4i+ for me.  I second the notion that there are no good cell phone block apps.

I do something similar - only instead of actually engaging them, I let the phone squeal by putting the extension by the base unit and having them both on speaker.  I do this at least 10 times in a row.  If more people would irritate them and tie up their phone lines like this, telemarketing scammers would go out of business.

The best retaliation EVER is to set a fax up to dial the number, it will "robo" dial the b@stards continuously. lol

just got a call for the 100th time and pressed one and asked to be removed from there calling list and added how rude they are for calling me over and over again
