Who is calling from this number and not leaving a message?

Received a call from this number on 10-25-2010 AFTER I had opted out on 09-10-10.

Left my name this time and got a call back from Michael Cole Insurance out of Carlsbad, CA selling workers comp. insurance. I let them kow I was very displeased of the telemarketing service that they use for cold calling and their ILLEGAL practices. Was assured I would receive no more calls.

These jerks change their numbers by a digit or 2 in the phone number but it is the same "important news" in the caller ID. Best thing to do is give it to the people they work for.

They use these silly little technalities to skirt the law...but I am not stupid, and nor should you be. Michael Cole may or may not be a good insurance company...they need to know that the telemarketers they hire are unethical.

I have received 26 calls from this number over the last 2 weeks.  I finally assigned it a special ring tone so I won't bother to take out my phone.  What is up with these people.  I have tried that "Do not call" registry but it doesn't seem to work for long.  Any other suggestions would be welcome

THEY CALLED MY BUSINES LINE.  I HAD A LITTLE TIME TO EFF WITH THEM SO I ANSWERED THE CALL.

IT WAS A RECORDED MESSAGE TELLING ME THEY COULD REDUCE MY "WORKERS COMP INSURANCE."
THEY HAVE CALLED SEVERAL TIMES WITH SIMILAR 701 PHONE NUMBERS.

Received several of these over the past weeks.  Today, one to the office and the second to my cell phone. Called the office of Micheal Cole Insurance of Carlsbad and told them should fire their Telemarketer.
