BEWARE....this is absolutely a scam number. They are pfishing for credit card info, etc. "Your Mastercard has been locked. Press 1 to speak with a rep." (pressed 1 out of curiosity) "Press 2 and enter your 16 digit card number". Uh, I'm not THAT dumb, regardless of what my wife says.

came in on my business cell. didn't answer. no message left. thanks for the info that my "no answer" was right choice!

They called and said my bank account had been frozen but it wasn't my bank

I got a call from this number and it said that due to fraud my mastercard had been locked. To press one to unlock it. If you press one, then it asks for the full credit card number. Obviously a fraud. This was received on my work cell phone.  I also received a call from what showed up as 19042 saying it was Washington Mutual Bank and that it had locked my ATM card.  It had the same message about pressing one.  Of course, there is no Washington Mutual Bank any more.  I called the 701 number back and got a recording thanking me for my interest in their promotion, but if I wanted my number removed to press one. Very sketchy.

Got a message from this phone number.  It was a recording about a Washington Mutual Credit Card. Push 1 to reactivate and push 2 to refer to the security department.  I just hung up. Obviously a scam call.

Keep getting calls from this number.  Have no idea who it is or what they want.

Yea, i got the call supposedly from WaMu (Washington Mutual Bank) which is impossible 'cuz they closed the company a few years ago. It's obviously a scammer posing him/her/itself off and various companies. Be sure to hang up immeadiately for they try to send worms to your phone and steal info. which could lead to identity theft!

Just received a call from this number on my cell phone, claiming to be from a call center and not trying to sell me anything.  Couldn't hear them very well, said they'd call back.  lol     Something about a vacation..

Called on my cell phone wanted to do a survey...I said buddy you just called my cell number and it's costing me money and hung up on him...I think he said his name was Paul?

I am in Nova Scotia Canada and was called on my cell phone after they called my home #. I could see it on my phone when I got home. When I asked who was calling my cell phone, I could immediately tell it was no one I knew, so I hung up on them.

I got the same and its a phony call...

Got a call from this number and didn't answer it. I suggest that if you don't recognize the number, don't answer. Who knows what kind of cyber theft they are capable of these days. got a call, i answered and there was a beep then a voice saying "good-bye". i called back they said if i wanted them to not call press 1

Received a call on my business mobile, purportedly from MasterCard, saying they are sorry there is a problem with my card.  I do not have MasterCard and I don't use my business mobile for anything personal.  Probably a scam.  I didn't listen to the whole message.

I just received a phone call from the above number and the young man asked me to help him fill out a survey. I told him that I had to pay for the call and I hung up.

ha this is prob a big scam. i looked up the number and apparently its a cell phone in minot, ND. when i answered i heard two beeps then a computer voice say "goodbye". really wierd.
