I get calls from this number many times a day - maybe 10 or more.  Sometimes getting called every 15-30 minutes!  I have logged complaints.  It would be best if more people logged complaints - the more the better and maybe they will do something about it.  Although if they are located in another country, the US may not be able to.  

Now this number (claiming to be North Dakota - obviously spoofed) calls, rings twice and stops.  When I log the complaints, I say it's harassing and threatening since to me calling every 15 minutes and hanging up is threatening.  

You can't call back as they've got it set up to either get a busy signal or you get a recording saying the number cannot go through as dialed bla bla bla.

I get this at work, or a variation of it almost every day. Our receptionist puts them through to my phone but claims she never does. But it shows up as a forward from the operator, which is the receptionist. I'll start a log of these calls to see if some are the same.

I looked it up and the pattern is constant with "abandoned call" or "dead air call". It just blows me away that someone makes the effort to call and hangs up, unless they get paid on how many completed calls they make. Lazy fuc%s.

Caller ID said it was from Bismarck, ND.  Caller identified herself as Lily.  Was wanting to verify information on a magazine subscription or so she said.  When I asked for the physical address of the magazine so I could contact it directly, she did not have it and told me she was in Jamaica.

Same ole same ole as everyone else... calls several times on our company main line.  It has to be answered as it is a business so when answered just dead air and then a hang up.  The problem with spoof numbers is they are through VIOP so the actual phone company can do nothing about them.  I changed my home phone back to analog just because I couldn't get these idiots to stop ringing my phone at all hours of the day/night up to several dozen an hour.  Blocking the number does little as the spoofed number just changes randomly.  More like we have to have a safe list of numbers to let through instead of blocking all the bad ones.

They just called.  Sounded like they were in Siberia.  Asked for someone who's name they could not pronounce.   Hung up on them

Everyday we get called from this number. This is so annoying. I've asked more than once if they would please stop calling. Now when I answer I simply lay the phone down until they hang up.
