214p Fri  24 Oct 2014 (Arizona time) no one there when I answered, eventually they hung up, were calling my cell.

They called my business line. Out of area caller ID. I answered with standard business script. Nobody there, they had hung up. Blocked.

Called on my work phone and left no message.

701-557-9417. They kept calling my work phone numbers several times a day but never left any messages. It's very annoying. I need to report them and block their numbers off for good. Any suggestion?

Called once and said "Hello". When I responded "Hello, can I help you" they hung up. No answer when I called back.

Magazine subscription renewal.  Very persistent and annoying.  Wish I could block them but they call a general office number, I can't.  

Amen. These days I never answer calls, period!

Have received a call from this number 3 damn times this morning! Each and Every time I pick up- the person on the other end says nothing and then proceeds to hang up.

Waste of time- After this- I will be picking up and hangin up when i see this number

Number calls regularly at the office.

They are annoying but its just a company calling to re up a trade magazine subscription.

Call center noise in background, female caller said she was calling "on behalf of "Healthcare Design"

701-557-9417 is calling my cell phone every day, multiple times per day, for the last two weeks. I have answered the calls when they first started coming in and each time it was just dead air and nothing else. I now have the number set to Auto Reject, so I never hear or see the calls. They also never leave a message. The calls are also coming in before and past the legal time for solicitation calls, as they are calling before 8 AM and after 10 PM. Will be reporting each and every call received from this number to the FCC.gov website immediately.

701-557-9417 2:25 5Nov14  - No legitimate caller uses a town name and state for the caller ID name!!! They just want confirmation of a real person on the other end of the line. If you answer you have just been put a a bunch of robo call lists!! Get ready for a lot of calls that want your credit card number and personal info.

Never respond to a call you did not originate. There a a lot of hackers who steal customer lists with personal data from publishers and other businesses. The lists are then sold to robo scammers!!!!

Get a call blocker to stop the calls!!!

   The federal no-call list is a joke - the government does nothing.  The phone company wants the money from robo companies and will do nothing to stop the harassment/robo calls.  Local police do not have the manpower or technology to track/block these calls. Most robo callers are criminals/scammers.  Here is a one-time relatively low cost way to beat those harassment/robo calls.

  I have now defeated >90% of harassment and robo calls.  I went on-line to Amazon and purchased an in-line "CPR CALLBLOCKER"!  It has an inventory of up to 1200 numbers in your call blocker list.  Be careful in setting up the list or you get unexpected blockages of valid incoming calls. Start by blocking all calls using caller ID’s of UNAVAILABLE, PRIVATE, or WITHHELD.   I have also blocked many robo area codes which have no friends or family – 201, 212, 231, 303, 304, 305, 307, 312, 321, 323, 331, 347, 360, 401, 505 ,513, 516, 518, 605, 608,  630, 650, 701, 708, 740, 757, 773, 810, 815, and 970.  To block robo calls from area codes with friends and family, DO NOT block the area code, use ONLY complete (area code with phone number) 10 digit number inputs to the blocking list.  Add to the list when a new robo/harassment caller gets through!  Never use 7 digit inputs to the blocking list or you will have problems!  Keep a complete written list of area codes and individual blocking numbers.  A small glitch when entering a number into the list can mess up your entire blocking list requiring a hardware reset and complete reprogramming of the list.

Hidden characters in a spoofer Caller ID’s number can sneak the robo call past some blockers.  I use a separate secondary SENTRY BLOCKER that ignores hidden characters and blocks/kills the call when it’s on.

This is getting tiresom. My call blockers both compete to reject these calls. All I get is a one time ring from the telephone in the back bedroom. Any one time ring just tells me another scammer/robo call has been dumped. This November my blockers have been 100% effective - so far. Every so often I get the data from my CID recoder and post these msgs.

Many of these criminal scammers could be put out of business if the phone companies blocked all invalid or modified CIDs generated by spoofers. Only the CID generated by the incomming call from an actual telephone line would have a phone company CID attached.

I am the Receptionist. I turn on the Phones when I get into the office. This morning, there were 4 missed calls from this number but no voicemail. they called 3 times at 814 and then once at 815.
Not sure if this is robo- calling or an actual human

70`-557-9417 10:25 11Nov14 - My watch gave me the wring date on that last post - it was actually 10Nov14. They called again this morning, but my call blocker worked as advertised. One ring and they were dumped. Get a call blocker and dunmp this criminal scum.
