Same thing. I just got a call from this phone number. It was a guys voice that said: "um, hi" then hung up! I was smart enought not to call back. I do research and it lead me here. :)

What is the point of calling and saying that just to hang up. I mean he should have said something like your going to die or something then hung up. That would of  been freacky. Like a horror movie. lol

I think iys a scam to get you to call back for whatever reason. They didn't have the number blocked so they wanted you to pick up the phone. But why the short call?

Just got a call fromt his number- I answered with an accent so I could claim not to be me if it was a telemarketer.  He just said "uh... Hi" and hung up.  I wonder if they are seeing if these nubers are really in use or something.

I received a call from Ashley Morgan at this number just got a call from this number offering to lower my mortgage rate.  She said that we spoke to me last week (never happened) and she found a solution to my problem and to call her at 1-866-553-1917.

Same deal as above... I have been applying to lots of military branchers perhaps thats where they got my numbeR?

calls every morning, not sure what they are selling. how do you take your number off the list when youre already on the do no call list nationally?

Azz called and woke me up said uh... hi and hung up i wish i could tazer through the phone line

just got a call from this number didn't anwser but called back and said all lines are busy call again later

Just [***] annoying others for their own personal gain (money).  Since I work at home I have to stop my work  to check my Caller ID every time they call.

Why doesn't our government put forth their efforts and taxpayer hard earned money to stop crime here in America instead of starting wars all around the world that they can't win or get out of. Our country hasn't won a war since WW II but yet starting with Mr Bush we have and continue to spend two hundred billions dollars killing people around the world including our finest young men and women.

Who is making the decisions for our country? Don't point at either political party cause one is as bad as the other - it's just greed in Washington. Corruption in our country starts at the top.

Wow, Really... is there anything we can do or should do about this?

Just got a call from this number, didn't answer, didn't leave a message.  Glad I looked on here to ease the curiosity since this seems to be happening to me a lot lately.  Might be time to change my number.

Calling to tell me they can lower rates on credit cards..SCAM!!!

Just got a call from this number. The caller said Hi and then hung up.

I just got a call on my cell from this number that left a voicemail from an Ashley saying they spoke to me last week (never happened) about lowering my monthly mortgage payment and reducing my credit card payments to an interest rate as low as 1.5. And now they have a solution and I am supposed to call them back at 866-553-1917.  TOTAL SCAM!!!

Received message from this number saying they spoke with me last week and found a way to reduce my interest payments.  I never spoke to anyone and am not in need of lowering my interest for anything.

I also just got a call from the number, same thing "HI" and then click.  I then called them back and it said all circuts busy.  I called back 3 times in a row then the 4th time it asked if I would like to add my number to a do not call list from that number.

Received 2 calls from this number.  The first I didn't answer.  The second time I did answer and a male voice said the same thing... Uh, hi.  Then they hung up.  I called back numerous times, as this sort of nonsense infuriates me.  I can't stand such cowards.

Same thing - calls @ least once a week - and when you answer, he hangs up. I can tell it is a guy as I can hear him breathing but then hangs up/says nothing!
