I'll add mine to the list, just got a call from this number as well. Didn't pick up.

They left me a message about a so called conversation we had last week about lowering my interest rates. The woman left a number to call that was not the 701 number.

Answered call, someone said hello, and then hung up.

I answered a call from this number just a few minutes ago.  They said "Hi" and then hung up,

Just recieved a call from them. After I answered they didn't say anything. I think it's a scam that waits to leave a message in hopes you call them back at the number they provide.

Oh my, this is odd. I received one at 12:28pm also. Is everyone receiving this call a woman? This is not right.

I got a call today and a voice mail, from a woman saying something about my credit card and im making minimum payments and to call back at 1-866-553-1917. which is weird. I don't even have a credit card.

Strange seems we all received the same phone call on the same day I know it's April but I'm not fool seems pretty fake.  Unless we're all Verizon customers.

Yes - appears they are fishing for voicemail only (and thusly hanging up if you answer).  Leaving their scripted message to sound as if you had recently spoken with them about lowering interest rates and how they can now offer you under 2%! Definitely a scam.

I just received a phone call from this same number at 1:35 PM.. I didn't answer it and they left a voicemail. It was a woman saying we had talked earlier about lowering my credit card interest rates and that she had found a solution.  She said to call her back at some different number.  I never talked to anyone about my credit cards.

This number called and left a message on my answering machine. The message said "we spoke last week about trying to lower the interest rates on your credit card. I'm happy to inform you that we can get it down to 1.5%,and since you're only paying the minimum amount due on your balance anyway,this should lower your payments some what" Left a call back number of 866-625-5916. Very strange,as I have no credit cards. So I sure as hell ain't gonna call them back. The call back number doesn't show up on phone report boards yet. And all of the 701-625-5916 calls just started today apparently.

Same here, hi and hung up. Call your cell providers and find out if it's a new scam for getting your cell # or other info. Worse has happened.

Had a missed call from this number, no message, then looked it up.

Yeah got a call from them at 1:17. No voicemail was left. Decided to call back, got a busy signal.

Strange that a lot of people are getting a call from the same number (701.625.5916)

Was worried someone I knew was in trouble. But seeing as people everywhere are receiving calls from them today puts my mind at ease.

JUST GOT THE SAME THING!!!! They never left a voice mail for me either? has any one found out what they are?

Called the number back and you can get off there call list its a promo for ads and gifts
