Was a mail drop in a Mail Boxes Etc, #131 is also.  They used this address often here in Las Vegas for a number of years.  They used it as a residence sometimes,they used it as a business location sometimes.  This was a popular address for them.

The information that follows shows that they lie quite often on
City and County forms.  And they lie on the internet.  And they lie
to each other.  But today the orgs are quite empty. Call the local Post office for further information.  Besides win you win something you don't have to pay up front, second the notation on the winner vochure requests that you put the letters "DNM" on the front.  Not sure what it means but I would guess "Dummies National Month".  Throw it away and send a letter to City and County offices, and the Post office to let them know of the scam.  Notices in numbers get results.

This is a Scam!  I received the same letter as all the people that have written about the Award Voucher $612,444.89 and requesting money in advance.  I was told if ever a letter received asks for any amount of money - Don't Send It!  It's a Scam and it makes me sick to think of the people that will send their hard earned money to these pathetic people.

Folks, I too got this OFFICIAL NOTICE OF PRIZE AWARD.  Glad I researched it online and found out it's just another scam!  Just think about the countless number of people who send in the $26.96 and then watch for the mailman every day to deliver their check for the 612,444.89.  Unfortunately the envelope they send you needs you to affix your own postage to it, or I would have sent it back.  Times are tough and while we all would like to believe that we are the winner of such a great amount of money...these bottom feeders bank on the fact that some of us will have the faith to believe it is real...unforunately it's NOT!

Same deal - same letter - and Max is correct - it's all about reading the odds on the back of the letter - the law can't do anything because they are essentially legit. Renting a postal box is NOT illegal, nor is sending you $0.79 after you send them $26.96. It's simple math and I hope those of you who have been suckered start to read your mail a little closer. All in all - it's better for everyone if you just recycle the letter. And for the person who didn't know what DNM meant - it means Do Not Mail - it is to have your name taken OFF of their list.

I received a official notice of prize award from Payment Resoureces 9030 W. Sahara Ave. #131 Las Vegas, Nv 39117 file # 70003987625/07/17/08/2196-071708.It stats it is for $612,444.89 It says it is case 24729.They show this as a award vocher.
The mailing wants $21.96 for assessment fee, $5.00 for security delivery fee and total amount paid $26.96

What address is this for?

Do not send any money , checks or money order, tell your neighbors, show the letter to your family and friends. alert everyone around you and take it to the post office and let them tell you what to do with it. also call FTC. Alert the news in your area

We need to do this state tot state and stop these people now!
We can all do this to stop some poor soul being taken off guard.

I received the same letter and contacted my attorney who stated it is a scam.  Since there are so many on here discussing this he suggested everyone stuff the envelope with a bunch of paper, do not include anything with your name, and drop in in the mail with no return envelope and NO stamp.  

The USPS will then start charging the company for the fee's, and will also investigate them for mail fraud.

I received this Award Voucher for $612,444.89, But I would have to send them:
Assessment fee:  $ 21.96
Security Del.Fee:   5.00
Total Amount Paid: $26.96
I figure if I won than take that small amount out and send me the rest. I did not and will not send any to them.

I received an "Official Notice of Prize Award" in the mail. This number along with the address: 9030 W. Sahara Ave., #131, Las Vegas, NV 89117 (which turned out to be a UPS Store). The letter stated that I had won $612,444.89 in a contest I don't remember entering. They also asked for a $21.96 assessment & processing fee. The letter was signed by Brent T. North, Chief Executive Officer. WATCH OUT FOR THIS LETTER - IT IS A FAKE!!!!!!!!!

I don't think it is real.  I got one also and I tried calling the number they provide and naturally it rings without an answer.  I say if you have $21.96 to give away and not expect anyting in return, mail it in.  But think about it....what sweepstake company is going to have you send in a $$$cash payment????  It says saend cash, check or money order.  If they were to receive $21.96 from 100,000 unsuspecting person like you, you all just made these pricks a millionair of $2,196,000. Don't do it people!!!

I received the same letter, it doesn't make no sense of unheartly people out there in this world. You know what they say though what goes around comes around much much worse. I thank you all for posting information on the website, because alot people are getting scammed everyday. You saved me from that.

Hi everyone, I just received the same bs letter from these people. I thought I was going to be a half a millionaire. Oh well, hope they don't try this on anyone else. Some people have no morals or values. They disgust me and nothing good will come from this. Thanks for the 411 on these fools!

i recieved the same mail with the same amount urging me to send a processing fee to recieve my prize money. just didn't make any sense to me. they had no specific name or contact information.  wut is up with that.  dont trust it.

My mother also got the same letter on 10/10/08 same address as everyone else saying that she won a total of 400,583.89. And also wanted her to send in 27.67 so she would get her money. If you win any kind of money, why in the hell would you have to send money in to get what you have won...well duh!!!! Please tell your family and friends about this please!... Let's help stop these people now!!!

Got a lot of calls from this number: 1-702-220-9178

I live in Ohio and I got the exact same fraud info. I Googled the driving directions and got a street view of the address.  It's a house, a big one, but it's a house.  This is so scammy, it's ashame.

I also went online and found another business with the same address called Mail Boxes, etc. with a phone number of 702-363-0254. But as I kept looking, there are several Mail Boxes, etc.'s with different addresses and phone numbers.  They are fraudulant businesses running out of peoples homes.

I received the same letter stating that I won $612,444.89 and all I had to do is pay a processing fee for the sum of $26.96 to receive the prize money. I don't know how they get our postal address. It just is not right. Something should be done about these situations government-wise because this is not the first scam letters I have received in the mail from other offers saying I won all kinds of money. So anyway, I'm with you all. It's a scam turborand from upstate NY.
