Why random people are being called & winning cars all the time. And lets not forget the gazillion dollars too! Then after you send in an advance fee you have to answer the skill testing question: "Are you a chump whose just been taken?". Oh! You said 'Rigalleto". No! The correct answer is "YES". Anyone out there still wondering why scams work?

Yes.  This is a scam.   You did not provide much in the way of details, but this sounds like one of the fake drawing or lottery scams.  The tip-off is "Car" AND "Money".   The scam is that you won a prize, but you have to pay tax, or fees or shipping costs before you get the car and the money.  The scammer will ask for payment via Western Union or some other untraceable and non-contestable method.  Did they tell you the model of the car?   It is usually a Mercedes.   Nice car, but it does not exist.  You will send money, and that is the last you will see of your money or the scammer.     Be Smart and Be Safe!!
