Received a call from this number just minutes ago. It was a solicitation to sell timeshares.  (for $399 of course).  I think you are right -- the number is a mask.

Perhaps the connected is related to having the a calling card. Thus the response to all of the different locations. I keep getting calls from this number. If I do not know your number. I do not answer your calls.

I had 3 missed calls on my cell phone yesterday!  Stop calling and wasting my minutes!

As others posted, I received a call saying I had won a cruise even though I had never entered a contest.

The number above left me a voicemail. They claim to be calling from the award notification department from America west.  They say the call is in regards to an entry form that was filled out by myself or a family member.  This is the second call I have received months apart.  They claim that I can get 2 complimentary air fare tickets leaving an airport near me or take a cruise from Baltimore etc etc. they say it is not a time share and I do not have an obligation to make a purchase but I have 24 hours to call back  from them to honor my package. I'm sure you have to purchase something....I did not call back.

AUTOMATED MESSAGE ASKED IF I WANTED TO DO INSURANCE BUSINESS.  

I WILL NOT WORK WITH A PERSON THAT CAN NOT RESPECT MY TIME.

BUT, IT DOES NOT SEEM POSSIBLE TO STOP THESE PEOPLE.  THIS IS THE SECOND OR THIRD CALL I RECEIVED FROM THEM AND I CANNOT CALL THEM BACK BECAUSE THIS NUMBER DOES NOT ACCEPT INBOUND CALLS.

I just got the same message about a loan modification and the same return call number. Caller says they are calling me back after talking to them in the past - Not True.  This is the 2nd such call in the pat month.

I have received at least 6 calls from 702-444-4939, usually 8 to 9 pm in the evening or 8 am in the morning. Wish I could put an end to them.

Offered me two free tickets to a cruise, saying I filled something out. Which I never did. I've been getting calls like this ever since I almost did that "win a free ipad" thing on the internet, I never clicked far enough to actually subscribe to that 9.99 service thing, that is I never verified my number, but I did enter it in at one point. So I guess this is what I get.

Did I mention I work at night, so when I get calls like this during the say, it's twice as bad. But again, I guess it's my fault.

Idiot in Montreal offering freee website design that they use as examples in their marketing. Third time they called in last six months so they can't be very good at giving the "valuable service" away! hahaha Losers.

Received a call from this # @ 2:38 p.m. 11/21/11 CST.  The female person left a message on my answering machine but I couldn't understand what she was saying.  I get numerous scam calls daily and I don't pay any attention to them.  Undoubtedly, these scammers are paying our politicians in DC a healthy amount to not make these harrassing phone calls illegal.  Otherwise, they would be outlawed.
