Claimed was my bank. Electronic call. Offered 6.9% interest rate on my card. Called from curiosity was electronic message. Gave only one option, press "1" to opt out of receiving offers. I hung up. Just by calling back I verified my #is working, and if I pressed 1 to opt out it would have really opted me in for more scanner calls. Reported to ftc dnc and prayed they all contract swine flu.

Called on my cell phone and asked to lower my interest rate if I gave him my 2 digit exp date on the card so I refused and told him that I am not interested so he reveals all my identities including where I was born and religion plus my SS# and address.
I filed a claim with the police against them.

I was contacted by phone 1/26/2013, ad fell for a pitch that due to my credit rating, company could lower my interest payments for a fee of 999  (Note..999.00  was not clearly stated as 9 hundred.. just 999).  Company then called my credit card co's with me on the line in a 3 way call where they (the sales company) learned sensitive info.  Calls were unproductive and I was pressured for social security number.  I refused and was subjected to multiple hard tactics to give my ssn.  I advised them that I would not do business with them and terminated the conversation.  I called my credit card companies and cancelled all cards, and placed an alert with the credit bureaus.  Then called back company and advised that I wanted nothing to do with them.  They told me case was closed.  15 minutes later, same company called and advised that 2 of my credit card co's had offered me 0% interest.. I interrupted, advised that I told them I wanted nothing to do with them, had called and cancelled all my cards, and called their company and that this final call made it clear that their actions were fraudulent.  At that time, they hung up on me.  Company is Logistic Works Logic Works - initial hard core sales made from Linda Greene  (866)505-6695.  Follow up call from company made by Mike Cooper (888) 578-6482.   Google Search maps that phone number back to a company called repdoctor.net.   This is clearly an attempt, and not successful,to gain personal financial information.  The followup call by the same company that my cards had offered 0% is clearly fraudulent, as I had called and warned all of my cards, and cancelled the cards BEFORE I was called and advised of the 0% offer. I'm a smart guy and was duped.   Less savvy people are easy prey, as the company already knew much about my balances and credit, gaining my trust that they had some for of relationship with my creditors.

I received the call today Wednesday February 27, 2012 at 8:22 PM EST. I read all the posts and this number NOW shows up as JL2Services. I googled the number and it is out of Henderson, Nevada. As I never answer the phone when I don't recognize the number (and know I have neither family or friends living in Nevada), the message left stated the I can lower the interest on my home loan. As if I would ever do business with a company that CALLED me instead of me calling the company.
I gues these companies are hard hit like evrybody else due to the reccession!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LOL

The Robocall matches a telemarketing agency known at least at one point as "Secure America Corp"- though I have found they'll claim they aren't if you happent o get a human being on the phone.  Nonetheless, the canned message is identical.

Called my DNC registered cell phone number. I would not answer and put on phone block. Block them and for goodness sake do not give any personal information!!!!
