NTA Rooms - selling hotel rooms to people attending conventions - always a scam

This is yet another housing scammer:

Their "website" is laughable as all the scam sites are, and displays the clear signs of scammers: cheesy imagery, generic content, no address or contact info.

They just called me in my office and purported themselves as "calling from NTA with the Colorado Convention Center" and identified us as previous and future sponsors of the ONS show there. They offered to get us "a discount rate on hotel room blocks" or something to that effect.

Scam.

Report to your IT department, block their URL, warn your associates.

NTA is a SCAM. They promise great rates then tack service charges and if you cancel they charge 25% of reservation. DON"T USE THEM. THEY ARE EVIL!!!

They called saying they were the CTW reservation agent. I made reservations with them for that conference in New Orleans, then read their reviews. Called them and canceled within 30 minutes of reservation and they charged me 25% cancelation fee!
