No message left.  Called number back and got a "This number has been disconnected" message.  Caller ID interestingly had this number on the top: 8778332456, which can translate into a phone number 877-833-2456.

Called the 877-833-2456 number and did get a customer service rep who said they were Westside Mgt (or something like that, it was kind of hard to understand her).  They were calling for my husbands' name.  When I said that we were on Do Not Call she said it wasn't a solicitation call.  Then I said that we hadn't done any business with them so why were they calling if it wasn't to solicit?  She asked to confirm my husband's birthday and stated what she had.  It was the WRONG birthdate and I told her so, or course not giving the correct one.  She said she would take our phone number off of their list.  We'll see

This number has called my mobile phone several times and a message is never left.  The number is a Virginia state number.  How can I block this number?
