This is a bill collector who calls at least once a day at all different hours of the day in spite of the fact that I never answer them.  They have about 5 or 6 different telephone numbers and change them on occassion to try to get you to pick up.  Their other numbers are 425-354-1559, 425-354-1554, 877-233-8521 and 877-233-8527

Thanks for the other numbers that they use occasionally.  They call me everyday from several numbers even though I never answer.  Their loss of time, not mine, because I will never answer!

I hate debt collectors. At least they don't call as much as they used to. (knock on wood)When they switched numbers on me last time, I picked up, and they were very threatening.

No message, just this number on caller id and the name "Receivablesperf". I hate these idiots that call all day long, sometimes very early in the morning or late at night.

Calling my home numerous times at all kinds of times and it's getting on my nerves and waking me up in the morning.

I began getting calls from this number a couple days ago. At the same time I began getting calls from DRS saying Nancy Miller wants to speak with me. I don't know if they are the same people but they might be. DRS is a collective agency and they are very nasty. They will not idenitfy who they are or what they want and they are very verbally nasty. Somehow they have a wrong number (I have no debts). I have filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and encourage everyone else to do so if you get harrassing calls from this company.

703-291-9039 Receivablesperf calls every day, sometimes 2-3 times. No one answers on the rare occasions we do pick up, so we've taken to answering and shrieking "Oh my God, he's got a gun!" in hopes of inciting a response. Nothing, they just call back the next night. Irritating and a form of terrorism from whatever the heck these people are!

My new "buddy" Ben told me that he was calling from RPM which was a financial company. Yesterday it was a female looking for the same person who is still unknown to me.

we have been getting the calls from this number too 703-291-9039. They call a lot of times in the day and yes even sometimes at night.

what can i do in order to prevent that ?

this number calls our house at various hours during the day and night, when i pick up there is no one there and they never leave a message. we just changed our phone number and have not given it out to any bill collecters so i don't know how these ones found us. i dont even know what debt they are talking about as we are caught up on everything.

Yup we've been getting the calls too. Dont answer it if I dont recognize it. Figured if it was important they would leave a msg. No msg but they continue to call everyday. Now I see Im not the only one, and since we have no debt, I will answer tomorrow and see what the heck they want? If they'll talk that is.

I've been getting up to 7 calls a day from this number. Most times they don't leave a message, but occasionally some random person (i.e., "Tom") says to call him back, but doesn't say who he's with or what he wants.  Since I don't have any outstanding debts, I'm not sure what they want.  So far when I see "Unknown Caller" and their number on my caller ID, I just ignore it.  If it was really important they would leave a real message, like any respectable business does.

I have been receiving these hangups too--very irritating and also we are caught up on all of our bills. Why hang up if they are bill collectors? Then a call two minutes later from 212-966-3250 asking for a "Nancy". I wonder if they are trolling for elderly people, trying to scam them out of their SS numbers etc. That is the only reason I can find for their hanging up when I answer. If indeed that is the company--I am going to call them and complain.

Okay--I just called 703-291-9039 and they answered with "RPM"--I told the woman I was getting hangups and it should stop immediately and she asked for our phone number...when I gave it to her, she gave me a name that was my married name 20 years ago...then said that we had a bill in arrears with Verizon and gave me a phone number and address that i had never heard of that she said was the phone number for the bill in arrears. The first name of the person was different from my first name tho the last was my old married name. I tried to explain to her that was NOT my name any more and NOT my first name and she said well I would have to address the case of mistaken it with Verizon!!!! She said our number was associated with that account--I told her they made the mistake, clearly they were trying to track this person down and somehow wound up associating us with that person and putting our number on the call list. Apparently this is a "business" that does do debt collection but very ineffectively...I suggest calling them and asking them to take you off and whatever you do do not reveal any personal info as I suspect in addition they may be a scam agency trying to get credit card numbers over the phone to pay the "bills" in arrears.

Keep getting calls from this number.  Called them back and they said they were looking from someone called Stewart.  I gave them my name and asked to be taken off the call list

I just recieved a call from 703-291-9039. The lady said I owed $578.00 for a MCI wireless account that I had back in 2007. I told her that I had never had an MCI account and that I never recieved a phone in my name but she insisted a do a Police report for fraud, How can I do that when I never recieved a phone and this is not my account?

1. I've had my phone number for more than 3 years and live alone and my name is not Karen
2.  The above number keeps appearing on my caller ID but they do not leave a voice mail message.
3.  I finally picked up and what sounded like a female black voice asked for a Karen but refused to identify the company of what type of business the company was engaged in and hung up on me.
4.  I called back and what sounded like a male hispanic voice pulled the same routine and asked if the last 4 digits of my social security number were (I forget) and I informed him it was not the last 4 digets of my social security number, if he did not disclose what Karen's last name is so I can report the apparent identity theft, the company and what type of business the company was engaged in I was going to contact the District Attorney's office and file a criminal complaint of telephone harassment.
5.  After much pushing and prodding and personal insults he stated the name of his company was R.P.M. (would not identify what the acronym stood for) that the company is a collection agency and their address was PO Box 768, Bothell, Washington 98041.
6.  DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE IF THESE PEOPLE CALL BECAUSE NOW HE PUT MY FIRST AND LAST NAME IN HIS COMPUTER WHEN I HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH A KAREN NOR OWE ANY BILLS TO ANYONE!
