Have been receiving multiple calls all day and no one seams to leave a message if it's that important why not leave a message!

Received two calls today from this number but they don't leave a message. That's annoying

I believe these guys work for Sprint - they will not say anything unless you say "Hello" first neither will they leave a message due to the collections nature of the business.  They really hate it when you answer the phone and put it next to the TV speaker.

these people work for sprint and they are a collection agency.... they are extremely rude... DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE IF U SEE THIS NUMBER THEY WILL RUIN YOUR DAY ....

they call non stop... i finally answered to make a 2nd payment with them and told them that they are not permitted to call me anymore 6 times a day and at all hours of the day/night
they have called 6 times today..
and thats a decrease from the last few days this week.

They keep calling and don't leave any messages. When I answer I get a recording about connecting me to a phone call.

everytime i answer the phone from one of these calls no one speaks... if you want to collect some money it would help if you open you dang mouth.

Receive 6 to 8 calls daily from 703-291-9040 (Caller ID is "receiablesperf").  From what I read on several internet sites, this is a collections company called RPM.  We have no outstanding debt or collections from anyone and yet get these calls daily.  When we answer the call, there is no answer and then they hang up.  Filing a FCC complaint today via form 1088 and have flagged our line via "Do Not Call Registry".

This is a collection agency.

Don't bother.
