This is Vietnam Veterans of Virginia, identified as VVOFV on your caller ID.  Actually, it is their telemarketer.  Since it is a qualified charity, it probably is immune to sanction under the Do Not Call rules.  If you can get a person, demand to be removed from their call list, then complain to the FTC and FCC directly if they keep calling.  Don't contribute, no matter how you feel about these veteran charities.  Virtually all your money goes to the telemarketer.  See the article here:

I received a call tonight asking for a donation to the Vietnam veterans. I told the man that I appreciated him calling but I could not give at this time, he kept on several times and I kept telling him I was unable to give again I told him  that I appreciated the call and he stated "I don't think you do" . Then he stated he had to get to another call when I asked to speak with a supervisor.  HOW DARE that he treats a person he called this way.  I am a disabled Vietnam Veteran (served 1968-1969) and this was very disrespectful of him.  Not to mention the bad name that it is giving us vets.  I want my name or number taken off the list and I will make my  donations to a caller that is more respectful.
