New spoofed, robo-called number used by either the notorious Northern Virginia Scam Gang, or Trans World Systems (the harassing criminal debt collectors, with the highest error rate, has paid tens of millions in fines to numerous states' attorneys general). The latter has started their endless harassing and illegal tactics in Virginia. This number is also associated with 703-382-6440, another spoofed number on a robo-caller.

Well then I am sure they wouldn't mind giving you a few grand when you win an FDCPA lawsuit against them.  Of course you would have to file one first, but think how great it would feel having them pay you instead.

They call my cell repeatedly and not just from this extension but also from 6449, 6443, 6453. I actually picked up yesterday, twice, and told them both time to remove me from their list. The rude guy just kept trying to talk over me and claimed to be with a home owners association which I definitely do not belong to any.

This robo-calling gang is using every number imaginable in the string 703-382-64XX. There are numerous postings about them in this forum. Enough complaints to the FCC and eventually they will take action and track them down. I saw an article in USA Today two weeks ago where a robo-caller in a Miami, Florida was fined $120 million by the FCC for at least 96 million robo-calls using spoofed numbers; criminal charges have been filed. We can't just let these devils keep harassing us with impunity. Blocked.
